My dear dog had a massive craving for durians so much so she swallowed the whole durian seed. Amazing for a 2 year old Maltese. If your dog does this, DONT FORGET F**KIN WAIT for it to pass out. Most likely it won't, and it will be almost dead by the time it gets out the back door. Anyway, back to the review. My dog was treated by a caucasian vet. Very patient and understanding chap. He induced vomiting and voila, the seed came out. For saving my dog's life at (literally) midnight, he gets 5 stars!

Finally a veterinary tat can do visiting during pet hospitalization.
Reasonable fee. Knowledgeable vets.
At least clinic is not pack as ter is a handful of experience vet ard.
Friendly nurses which provide friendly service!!

great bedside manners by all the vets i’ve met there. they tended to my cat’s issues and tackled his uneasiness well and seemed effortless. great place for pets

This vet is 24h and the doctor there are quite professional. They give good advice on the animals condition. Highly recommended.

Tried booking with Dr Miles for my dog to have a check up. I was greeted with an unprofessional child retard called Jill. She basically said that Miles was too busy and starting laughing like some drugged out baboon. If Companion Animal Surgery’s customer service is a reflection of the vet care ... then I’m glad to bring my pets elsewhere. Whoever owns this Vet should consider Sacking their front reception if they have any hope of restoring credibility! What a joke !

Great vets! They helped our little Dachshund during night hours.
The vet didn't push to do any expensive exams or treatments, but what was necessary.
They explained everything well and easy and helped to ease our worries.
The facility is clean and well equipped and also easy to find.
Pricing was OK as well, even during the night hour. (we would pay everything for our dog)
Great place and we will be back if necessary. Thanks!

My experience at the clinic was a very pleasant one. I am blind and was having trouble getting a cab that willing to take me and my guide dog home. Fortunately the clinic staff helped me to call the cab company end ensured we got into a cab

Wanted to share this looooog ago, my cat suffered from urinary tract blockage, when we notice it, he’s already vomiting (signs of early kidney failure). We rushed him to this clinic at nite, because we can’t wait for the next day to bring him to our clinic. The vet said have to put a catheter and put him under GA, we understood that is necessary, gave 1000dollars for deposit and left. At 2am, we received a phone call said our cat collapsed, going to die. We were shocked and rushed to clinic again. And they asked need to continue save him or not... OMG, if that’s ur family member, do u leave him like that? Of coz, we said yes. After Long resuscitation, he came back but still very very drowsy. The next day, the Dr said his eye not reacting to any light. He’s blind!!!!! We almost faint, just a small procedure, our 2yeara old cat can not see!!! And 1000 dollars gone. No sorry no other words from them. I am a nurse, I did my research after this incident, I found out that if a Cat is having signs of renal failure, the Vet should do a blood test to check if still safe to put under GA!!!! Because the kidney can not remove the GA, the cat will be over dosage even if it is a normal dosage for other cats!!!! What kind of dr u all have? Never admit the mistake. Pls DO NOT bring ur love one to this clinic any more.

Our pet poodle had a hip dislocation during a public holiday and we panicked. Thanks to companion and it's team of vets, we managed to address the situation quickly and save him a lot of pain. Special thanks to Dr Jansen and Dr Claire for the help.

Excellent and reliable vet. Dr. See treated my dog with acute pancreatitis. She provided me with thorough information on causes and options of treatment and followed up through giving me proactive and regular status update whilst my dog was hospitalized.

Me & my wife are new to cat caring, recuse a stray kitten 6 weeks ago. She(kitten) has a high fever and restless for a few hours, we panic and went ComVet.
Waited for an hour plus on emergency @ 3am.
Young lady vet attend to us, explain the kitten condition and use ice pack to 'cool' the fever.
Kitten temperature went down, thank God, and the Vet.
But the charge are too steep for me, and they charge twice on consultation, unknowingly, 1st 20mins & a Sub 15mins ($120 + $38.93).
Both the Vet & Nurse are OK, quite a pleasant visit but costly.
It would be great if the cost can be advice before hand.

Overly priced,certain veterinarian may have juz graduated,lack of experience n gave wrong diagnosis of pet condition.avoid if possible

Dr. Miles and Dr. Jansen of Companion has been great looking after my Ah boy. The nurses are very well trained and always took care of my baby during his stay in the hospital.After few days, my boy come home happy and well. I highly recommend this clinic to my fellow animal lovers out there.

Terrible experience here on an emergency visit. The way they treated my dog, you wouldn't have thought these people have studied how to take care of animals at all.
Not only was the nurse rude and unhelpful while we were trying to weigh my sick and obviously frightened puppy, (made 0 effort to try and help coax and comfort her) but the vet who served us was also a bit ahead of herself and insisted that my dog was going to develop behavioural issues because she had attempted to bite one of her helpers when they carried her for X-Ray taking. I find this absurd because my dog has NEVER bitten a stranger or our usual vets who have handled her and as a veterinary expert you would have thought she and her staff would be able to read a dog's body language for if they were frightened. It was rude and unprofessional to pit the blame on my sick, frightened and overwhelmed(by the new environment) puppy.
Overall will not EVER return here and urge everyone to visit at your own risk.

If you love your pets NEVER NEVER bring them to CAS. They use to have very good vets and staff back in the year 2000 when I first visited them. But now all they care about is $$$. They have NO LOVE for your pets! My FIV cat died a long-suffering and painful death after the vet extracted all her teeth instead of three teeth as he had told me.

My family has been bringing our furries to companion for years. When my cat was in critical condition, they were able to provide 24 hours care with doctors & nurses on duty round the clock. Be prepared with high medical cost. If you drive, parking situation isn’t ideal.

Terrible experience at this clinic.
They seriously don't even deserve a star!
My 12 years old cat had fluid in his lung, he died after doing two unnecessary tests which total charged me almost SGD3000. The thing is the vet couldn't even give me an appropriate test report after THREE weeks. My cat died with cuts on his body and shaved chest during waiting the report. It's too sad to recall all things happened in this nasty clinic!
Trust me, if you choose this clinic, you probably will spend thousands for nothing like me. And watching your dear beloved pets dying with cuts for doing those unnecessary tests is the saddest thing ever.
The expat veterinarian in this clinic always recommend your pets do those unnecessary Tests and Procedures. But there is completely no follow up after doing those tests and procedures and surgeries. Those tests and surgeries only make your pets become even more weaker than before. So don't put your pets in danger. The customer service is lacking. The staffs are rude and irresponsible. The veterinarians don't care the suffering of your pets.It's all about MAKING MONEY in this clinic.
We love our pets, they are our family members, we want to give them the best medical care. Unfortunately some of the veterinarians are just scam artists in this world.

Went there this morning on 16 may 2016,the front desk staff was rude in answering the call and she slam the phone after that.. when asked about the price, she was not friendly at all and she looked at me like as if I dun believe the price she quote me..apart from tat front desk staff,I think the vets are nice but overall tat one person has spoilt the image of the clinic..

The assistants and the receptionists are not professional. The doctors are ok, but beware of the unnecessary tests they sell to you. It not just waste of your money, it probably waste your time in case you can take your pets go to other clinics to have a second opinion or get different medication.
Conclusion: Do They really care about your beloved pets? No, they don't. They don't care the conditions of your pets after surgery.This clinic is concerned about money more than the actual care of your pets.

Front desk staff was rough in handling my kitten. Vet didn't know what he was doing. He prescribed my 4weeks old kitten with a strong antibiotics! Fortunately, I held back on the antibiotics until I sought second opinion at my usual vet. When paying, front desk staff allowed three walk in enquires to cut our queue. We waited really long with a sick young kitten just to get our bill paid. If you are planning to visit this clinic because you really have no better choice, walk in. You will be treated better.
