The customer service was really bad.
Went to the shop yesterday noon for a quick shopping with a couple of colleagues.
Wanted to shop for a new wallet to replace my old CDG one, I asked the shop assistant ( a short and bespectacled girl ) if they stocked any black coloured ones and she was reluctant to say if they have and didn’t offer to bring out any to show me.
I was appalled by the attitude and decided not to do any purchase.
No wonder that many are saying retail in singapore are dying..
