USELESS. Very slow reponse & service even nurse gave me the wrong ultrasound result of others. Then everytime visit, waiting time more than 4 hours! Like seriously??

The Pediatrician Dr. Azhar was very nice and experience dr in dealing with a small kids. If your baby keep on having health problem,you may bring your baby to this docter.He will really try to help on your baby health condition. My baby have a pneumonia & keep on admit at the hospital,Dr Azhar really help to teach me how to deal with my baby condition.Thank you very much to Dr Azhar...

Is very poor....because 9.30am I ald inform them I wan to check out,just help me arrange a appointment for Dr.Rohaini.maybe they wan to claim my insurance ask me to wait n wait.
11am I really is cannot wait for them ald . I'm directly told the nurse say I dun wan see any doctor anymore I wan check out now . They just told me insurance case also need to wait for 2hours~

1ST DAY I waiting the room from afternoon 12pm until night 9.58pm just get the room for check in.
but my Dr.chooi is very good n nice he is very clearly to explain my case for me and he is very friendly .5stars service for DR.Chooi

Maternity service check up slow, come at 7.30am, finish at 12pm. Worse then gov. Will try best to make patient go through ceasorean instead of normal labour. Hospital try to make money. If u r self-paid, better dont go unless for insurance cover or company panel. Budget rm3k will end up to rm12k

Emergency services is really very quick and fast. They take care of the patient very well. Doctors are professional and friendly, just nursing department need more training. Cafeteria got variety of food in reasonable prices. Clean and tidy place just in washrooms got no hand wash.

Too expensive and useless.I arrived the hospital at 9:15, until 11:00 the doctor was free. Then I need to take blood test, so I must wait the result. But the doctor have operation afternoon... At last the doctor appears at 16:30. Anyway, the service doesn’t deserve the RM 720+ I pay. I will never come back again.

Poor service ..
Charity run was organiz on saturday and ask patient to park their car outside & ask them to walk in. Enviroment was too bz n noisy..
Wheel chair patients cant even move to another place . Hope management will gv priority to their customer 1st than tat wateve day celebration ...
Nothing is free...$$$$

Government Hospitals are much better than this hospital. Slow like snail and waiting time more than 4 hours. This is my first and last visit.

One of the worse private hospital with high maintenance.
My mother in law admitted few weeks ago due to prolong cough and her age is 67.
Treatment was medium and toilet in the room is not clean of up to high class private hospital.
She was there for 4 days. There was a follow up check up a week later with 2 different doctors. Staff called us 1 day earlier to verify on the appointment but not to confirm since they are also unsure. I believe it's a staff duty to call patient or relative to remind them on the upcoming appointment and not to ask "whether you have appointment or not".
Doctor was late by 3-4 hours to meet a 67 years old patient just for 10min. But to refer a so call different doctor who is not working in the hospital but we need to travel more than 200km to meet the respective doctor with the reason "we do not have a specialist for the particular organ". It's very strange with a high class hospital behaving in such a manner.
Subsequent follow up after 2 weeks and allow to meet doctor at any time. This is what happen at the 2nd follow up:
1. Only allow to get doctor Q number after settle amount of RM200 which is offset amount from insurance company which is not claimable and only knew after we reach hospital. Again need to wait.... My question, are they afraid that we will ran away since the staff not issuing Q ticket until we pay off the RM200???
2. Wait for another 2 hours to meet doctor for 10 min consultation.
3. Wait 4 hours to pay doctor consultation fee for old lady patient age 67.
Is the protocol to threat patient like this. We took her to government hospital before transfer to Colombia Hospital. Government hospital is 5x better for treating old age patients.
I'm really disappointed and definitely would not recommend others to go there.

Taichi master level . Doctor n nurse inform us to do dressing at emergency . When we went to emergency next day for it , we were told it can only be done at clinic . We insisted its doctors instruction but they wouldnt accept it . This give us a really bad impression about the whole management system and i dont even want to start about trying to get a refund . Getting the same taichi treatment also.
