What is the actual opening hour for Cold Storage Nex branch?Stated in Google that it opens 24 hours but when I reach there around 10.10pm..it was closed!!!

literally very bad grocery shopping experience, especially considering the prices here are normally higher than most other supermarket. Cannot understand why there are only two cashiers open in the after work peak hours. There used to be three which were already not enough to meet the demand. The self-checkout machines are out of date and confusing to use. They assigned to staff member helping customers at self-checkout, which doesn't really help. Average checkout time is more than 5 min, and dozens of people in each queue, just unbelievable. Seems the management got no willingness to improve the situation. Won't go there anymore

The price label was wrong and there was no staff to assist me because all of them were too busy. Be careful and double check prices there.

A cold storage supermarket. Might be crowded since NEX is generally crowded.
