Hi Officer In Charge (Clementi Police HQ)
I represent behalf of Casa Clementi residence , i have complain again and again yet there are no action taken. Every morning about 0600hrs - 0615hrs , i believe a Malaysian stay at Casa ,drive his bike to work , his bike no. JSC8729 , he really un considerate , like to ram his exhaust and it is very frustrating during our rest . He like to ride along Clementi Ave 1 and when he lead to the main road. O My God , what the #$^& pump the exhaust so loud as lighting strike . Please do kindly take action to summon or compound his bike for inspection. i hope he could learn how to be a considerate neighbors .Really Mad !!!!!
