Next to the river, a beautiful place for a good stroll.
This place is also famous for the wide variety of Japanese restaurants and shops.
It is also directly connected to the train station, so it is easily accessible.

Everything you need, normal prices. Very interesting ice cream (320 below). Be careful when using the money exchange in the basement, clearly tried to rip me off, definitely use your own calculator to check!

Lovely mall near the quay with a modern feel and a big selection of shops. Air conditioned and a great interactive map to help you get around.
Best thing is the plethora of public toilets and how clean they are. By far the nicest toilets I’ve seen in a mall.

very nice and cool spot. when you walk beside the river at night, you can feel wind and enjoy night view. not good at day time so hot.

A popular tourist spot. Rich in history for those who are very curious. somewhat quiet in the day time but colorful when the sun goes down.

The location offers all kind of restaurants and bars. The atmosphere is good. You will find all kind of people. There are some places where you can hear good music and dance. For a western the prices might be to high but for Singapore it's normal.

Great place, but not for teenagers like me. Very upmarket because it is in the city centre. Maybe if you have the money to enjoy your time, then just go ahead! This mall is connected to Clarke Quay station, so getting here shouldn’t be a problem. Lots of offices, be prepared!

Great tourist attraction but it does not attract the tourists enough. Very empty during weekdays and really only comes alive Saturday night. Live bands really make this place a great place to party. Start with shots at Chupitos during happy hour and start bar hopping. I felt concerned that there were a number of prams that were pushed around after midnight but the crowd is well behaved, then again this is Singapore. Sometimes I wish Singaporeans had more fun more often

Nice mall just above Clarke Quay MRT with some nice food options. Shop in your own leisure as the mall is usually quiet. Very beautiful at night as it's just next to the Singapore River

Perfect hangout spot for a evening with friends. Quite a number of good restaurants line up the riverside and view after sunset is just amazing.

Be sure to check out the second and third levels for the majority of the restaurants and Japanese eating places. The basement has abundant food selections too. These restaurants may not be obvious to visitors, as the building's layout unfortunately hides tenants from direct view, and provides little reason nor invitation to explore other levels. Possibly because the building was designed as an office tower rather than a full-scale mall?

Nice and quiet mall. But escalators can be... a little confusing. And shops are small boutique shops. Slot of Japanese eateries.

Must go place for tourists. Many options for drinks and dinner. Nice pubs around the area

Very accessible and convenient to go to when headed out to Clarke Quay. Many restaurants and cool food options (I recommend going to Bliss because it's super cute. Not sure if the food is amazing, though, but it's still worth seeing). I personally visit the mall often because the TCM clinic is really good here.

Good place for chilling out in the evening. Various great restaurant. There are bars and out door hanging out places near by.
AZMAN ANUAR (13/07/2017 00:23)
The central place where Clarke Quay visitors can rest and relax at end of long walk along the river. Good range of food and beverage outlets plus boutiques. Connected to the Clarke Quay MRT.

Not a great mall. They have "blue point" and such, and it looks weird and makes the mall look cheap. Half the stores aren't filled with anything (clearly not occupied cause noone wants to shop there), and the stores that are there aren't great - though the Thai place is good!
Michael Senjaya Kang (10/07/2017 13:13)
A nice place to hang around on the area, after walking for a bit around the Chinatown or along the Singapore river. There are plenty of options for dining and coffee inside and outside of the mall. The floor plan can seem like a maze for first timers. Follow the color code.

It is a good place to eat any kind of cuisine. There is a adventure ride too called GMax that is thrilling and amazing. One must do the ride if in Clark quay ( pronounced Clark Key).

Superb mall with great stores.. I love shopping here.. just opposite the river.. beautiful view .. it's a place where you can shop, eat and party 🙂
Gomer Aquino (07/05/2017 12:37)
This is a great place to hang out when it gets uncomfortably warm and humid outside. It is in a convenient location in the downtown area and is made more convenient with a direct link to a subway station. It’s quite upscale so expect to pay more for food and shopping.
Andrea Bonanomi (11/04/2017 09:05)
Located in the middle of the city, its 3 floors offer shops and restaurants. Great that's near the river where you can stop admiring boats crossing
Neil Heaton (01/04/2017 06:36)
Alway bust and very popular with the tourists, there are some good places to eat especially on the far side. Boat Quay is quieter and often cheaper.

Lively upclass shopping! With unique feature like the first liquid nitrogen freshly make ice cream cafe like 320 Below!
Steffi G (03/03/2017 13:45)
not so many shops here, but it is closed to clark quay which made this mall special. they also have many buses here, so it is easy to reach
Steven L Santoso (17/02/2017 12:03)
A lively place on its own, packed with different kinds of shops, and there's ready access for handicapped people throughout the mall
Cedric Soh (10/02/2017 13:29)
Many many levels of shopping, food and beverage options. Surprising good options at the higher levels of the mall.
Basement has many simple food option too with a Japanese confectionery shop and many interesting Japanese products

Too much nice place.can spend valuable time there with family, friends. Lots of fun. Awesome food at river bank. Rock the night life over there.
Prawira S Susastro (05/01/2017 14:19)
A very sophisticated place to cater to the international food scenes. Weekend live outdoor dance shows if you're in for a treat. Great place if you like nice night light scenes.

Central is a good idea, but getting around it is a bit confusing. Seems to me its a hodge podge of different types of stores and some average restaurants. I have been here for a few different things, but always walked away thinking its missing something, I am not sure what its really focused on.
TJ Wright (08/10/2016 14:42)
I liked bringing visitors in SG here at night as it can cater to any type of night-goer your visitor is. There is party, array of good food, nice chill stores or just spend time on the sidewalk. I loved it!

Clarke Quay Central is not a too big mall. It is just an ordinary mall. At the uppermost floor, you will find a 3DSense Media School, which is a one-year long 3D school. You may wish to try if you are passionate in 3D modelling and designing.
Caleb Liu (19/06/2016 06:18)
Some good restaurants here: two excellent ramen places, Rendezvous Restaurant serving really good Nasi Padang are the highlights. Cheap reasonably priced food in the basement including an organic food place and a lovely cafe with homemade tiramisu. Another strength is locally designed stuff with a few shops catering to that. Altogether a fairly interesting mall.
Shirley The musfaery (10/05/2016 05:06)
When I am in town, the Central is a definite stopover. It is accessible as it is located above the Clarke Quay station. There are ample shops and food outlets to pamper to one's tastebuds and pockets. For Starbucks' fans, there is an outlet on the ground floor, and Clark Quay is on the opposite side, across the Singapore River. Enjoy!
Melvin Ho (10/05/2016 04:25)
The internal layout of the building is weird and the directory provided makes the matter worse, at least for me. For eg the building manager named the area blue zone but on the map it is coloured green and labeled "blue".
Other than architectural inadequacy and mismanagement, the place is good for the different types of food (though not necessarily local).
My suggestion is to plan a dinner at The Central to have an evening view of Singapore River for family with kids. Singles may want to explore the Singapore River and the drinking hunts in the night.
