Instructions are clearly given by the staff and they're fairly knowledgeable of their services. Also, many tourists queueing for the city bus tour.

Very disappointing experience felt cheated. Had booked a hotel pickup for night Safari and they didn't arrive nor contacted me. I had called during noon and they had confirmed pickup at 6pm. When I call back at 6pm they said there is no pickup.

Very disappointing hop on hop off.
We purchased a one day ticket. Tried different buses. All were worn out and dirty. One driver drove like a maniac. Far too fast and erratically. Very long waiting time for buses to arrive. SGD 25 for a ticket is much overpriced.
Definitely not recommended

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
Booked online for a two day pass with two attractions.
On the day of your we were told that we need to find our own transportation to the attractions. They did not offer drop/ pick up as advertised. This was shocking and we were highly disappointed. Had to run to the attractions spoiling the holiday mood.
Their bus frequency is very less compared to other similar sight seeing tour operators. And their bus timing is also not accurate.
They mention in their phamplets and website that they offer 24 hrs pick up and drop. But actually they close all their tours by 6pm (except the night tour which ends at 9.30pm)
I thought I will spend my holidays hassle free by booking these city tour passes. But it all happened the opposite way.
From my experience, I would suggest tourist to Singapore to buy for ezlink bus & MRT passes and travel anywhere in the Singapore hassle free. Singapore has a highly user friendly, excellent, highly dependable, seem less, well connected public transportation.

I have visited Singapore city, Its better to visit with Hop-On Hop-Off shuttle if you have no enough time. They provide great city tour without hassle.

Simply the best way to see Singapore (city). Tickets offer value for money as you can go on many "lines" and are valid for 24 hours. These tours can also be used as means of transport to cover locations of interest as you can hop-on and hop-off to and from any bus. The buses are frequently available too.

I booked 2 tours with this company the city hopper tour that included skysands park - gardens by the Bay and city sightseeing ending in orchid road with dinner. You have to visit the office that is located in Singapore flyer to redeem the vouchers. Everything was ok with the hopper tour but at the end of it at orchid road the tour guide just leaved and I had a dinner voucher and he just told me that dinner was close to the office and it was 2 hours ago !! Very rude there is no information about this.
In the second tour of universal studios they have a small office in the parking lot of sentosa island they close at 4 pm and you don't know which is the return transfer bus so I didn't like that I had to return to the city by the subway.
The customer service provided online it's good also the tours but there they should have more Information I visited Singapore for 2 days and because wifi is everywhere I could make it.
As i said the tours are ok but they should improve the customer service

Booked Zoo night safari on line before I went to Singapore because they offered hotel pickup but 3 hours before I received an email to say find my own way to zoo no pickup from hotel,be careful when booking with this company

Riding Singapore Flyer is absolutely one of the most wonderfull experience for my family when we visited Singapore last June 2016. We saw many views from above such as the Marina Bay Sands, Gardens By The Bay, The Merlion Park and the beautiful buildings at Esplanade.

I was with my family and the driver said my tickets had expired and asked me to get off. (yellow line stop 15 @14.00) That is very embarrassing. He was suppose to take us to the hub where our tickets will be issued. I had to take a taxi from my hotel...the concierge at grand Hyatt did a better job of telling me what to do than your rude driver.
2. On stop 5 yellow line, after waiving to the driver so we can get on since we have a baby, the driver closed the door and was about the move the bus, leaving us behind without having any patience. What is going on ?? Why the hurry we are a family with 2 children.

The programs are quite nice, but the price is a bit high. I took this bus tour with my parents and they enjoyed it. You can choose to get off at any bus stop you want and jump in again without charges. It can bring you to most downtown sightseeing places, within a few hours.

I am a resident of Singapore and had a guest for 6 days. After a careful scrutiny and reading all the reviews I chose the "City Tours". I am extremely dissatisfied and feel the three day pass is a complete waste of money.
We were all very excited initially, it was also the most expensive thing we'd bought, but thought it would be worth it. We bought 3 adults and 2 children passes.Only when we went to the boat ride, we realised that the children passes had expired. (the tickets were bought in September 2015 which had June 2015 as expiry date).
When we called the City tours they blamed us saying we should have checked the tickets before leaving and that no refund of money would be done. They agreed to exchange the tickets but by then my visitors had to leave and had no time.
I have been a resident in Singapore for the past 17 years and this is the first time I have come across such a sloppy work from the tour agency.
This does not leave a good impression on Singapore. I am thoroughly disappointed since I can no longer brag about the honesty and courtesy that Singaporeans render to their tourists. :(
