Very bad phone self service. Call to waive the subscription fee and still send me the bill to charge. Citibank said no queue for self-service phone call but yet still need to wait 3-5days for their reply !?!? Do we look stupid to you ?

Poor service citibank. Already update address for two times, never get the new atm card. Very dissapointed with this kind of service

Poor service. You want to apply for credit card, it's better to find a form and attach all necessary documents by yourself, never ask for help from agent.

Bank Teller will ask you to go and call the loan dept yourself at the phones behind, even though there is no one in the bank and there is a telephone beside her. Lame. I cancelled my account and credit cards after i cleared my loan with them.
