Be aware that they didn't follow a contract. They tried to change the moving schedule for their convenience.
We spent for 4 days to finish our moving due to their miscommunication themselves.

Used their services a few days ago. Ask for Kiev - he replied to my queries asap ... very efficient. Has an excellent team of guys ... not a single scratch on my ceramic floor tiles despite the heavy furniture. Friendly, responsible and professional.

Over the past three years, my family has entrusted our every move to CitiMap and each move has been delivered as promised --- each piece of item securely packed, carefully handled, safely transported and at a reasonable fee.
On the moving day, the men would make it a point to call prior to making their way or would arrive before the scheduled time; otherwise I would receive a call from them informing that they have been held up (delay, weather or traffic conditions). This time round, I was on my own packing when the men came. Fortunately, they helped me move my large appliances and unwanted bulky items outside to make space for those arriving, or I would have struggled on my own. Without hesitation, the men returned some money that has fallen out of my washer and dryer unnoticed during the move.
I would wholeheartedly recommend CitiMap (professional, reliable, helpful and honest) to anyone for a hassle-free, smooth moving experience and will definitely look them up again if we decide to move again, knowing that our precious belongings and furniture will be in good hands. Thanks, CitiMap!

Used Citimap 3 times. 2012, 2015 and just few days ago again.
Just quotation in few minutes with clear explanation by Sales person. (Al**).
Their service is quite clear. Service quality is better than.
Some workers were familiar who came our home.
Definitely all of them are very skilled. They knew what I needed.
More 150 boxes for 5 family members were mesh. But no worried with Citimap. I also recommended them to my friend before. Quite good feedback.
One of additional service we used was that we asked Citimap to pack our kitchen belongings like bowls, cups and plates because we were not sure how we could pack all of them without any issues. I highly recommend that service.
Thanks again Citimap. I'm not sure when I need to move again.

Satisfied with the service of Citimap SG movers. They have given 40 cartons initially and we paid 40SGD as refundable deposit. The movers came home ontime and shifted the items safely. After we unpacked, we requested the movers to collect the empty cartons and got the 40SGD back. Two things I liked with this movers - 1) We estimated 20 cartons. But the guy rightly estimated and gave us 40 cartons. 2) Due to unforeseen events, we changed the moving date and it was accepted by the company.
