Super horrible experience! Was told that delivery would be between 2-4 Pm. Waited at home for delivery for two hours, thought they might be late but no, called their office they direct us to call the installation guys and the installation guys told us to call the office AGAIN. End up was told that their delivery truck had problem and only called us at 4:40 Pm. You could have told us that your truck had a problem earlier, however what was funny was that they only called at 4:40 Pm while the delivery timing given was between 2-4 Pm and I had to call them before to check what was up. So, what were you doing before, not delivering what I ordered within the given time? No sense of responsibility at all, definitely wouldn't be getting any items from here anymore. And to people who wants to get items from here, please read up from the internet as when I googled, there was so many bad reviews. :-) Honestly, it's not even one star out of five.

Horrible. I hope they fold. I was promised a Rega Fan, with invoice, but what was sent was a Mountain Air Fan. When I first went to this shop, i was served by a man, Alan, who quoted me $300 for fan + lamp + remote. When I went back to find the guy a second time, he wasn't around, so I checked with the sales man who was there (short hair, thin, scrawny). The sales man with short hair refused to give the agreed price from before and asked me to take mountain air instead. I refused so I telephoned Alan and he promised the Rega Fan. Eventually, what was delivered to me was a mountain air fan. As I was not home, I was only able to verify what was installed after getting home, after the payment had already been made. This is seriously a scam, and a waste of time. I cannot accept such dishonest business.

Service on the stop was ok BUT after service was really bad. The product, Rega ceiling fan we bought was not durable and the warranty doesn't work as extra costs (transportation and diagnostic fees) are incurred in order to get the warranty claim. In the end, got a new KDK ceiling fan at NTUC Xtra (with better service and better product).
