Not really happy with it! They have stated in the internet that the clinic closes at 4.30 buy we were there at 4pm and they were saying that they have clsoed the registration! Then at the first place why should they even have state that the clinic closes at 4.30pm?

Too long too slow. Close to an hour for 1 patient only and it is a very ordinary check and test with nurse. Need to boost the efdicieffi for sure.

Waiting time too long. Came to register at 1pm+ then told me that clinic appointment at 3.15pm then came at 3pm but dragged till 4.45pm just to see a doc for less than 5 mins??? Spend the whole day just to take mc, is that even resting? No thanks

Make appointment few months ago for 30th Oct 2017 at 1040am. Came and register one hour early on actual day. Now 1102am, number still not called up. Do this polyclinic have the resources to provide update on any delay? Do delay in polyclinic affecting the people with appoint time slot? If yes? What is the point of making appointment and specific day and time?
RT update: 1119hrs. Still not call up yet.

If you go around 7:30, you’ll be able to see a doctor for a regular consultation within an hour including all queues and waiting times.

I hope this feedback can help polyclinic to reduce the workload and save patients/doctors time. I am a patient for regular consultations based on blood test after a stent was done in 2014. During the last consultation, I went for online payment and hence not getting another follow up appointment date. My regular blood test should be every 6 months but the last round of consultation in January had requested me to come back in 3 months instead of 6. Hence I missed it and I went to make an appointment this morning after 6 months, the staff requested me to see the doctor first since I didn't do my blood test in April follow by seeing the doctor based on procedure. I tried hard to explain to her without no avail. My consultation with Doctor will not able to do much without a blood test result as I am perfectly normal. It will generate another work load to the doctor and me by merely seeing him.
Can cck polyclinic review the procedure which is patient like me should always do a blood test before a routine consultation even though I had missed the scheduled date of blood test earlier on?

Long queues. Sometimes you have to wait all day to even see a doctor, with no indication when we get to see the doctor. Worse we have to pay a fee! We already do our best not to be sick so for all the inconveniences, I believe we should pay no fees. Until then it is 1 star all the way.

Very slow and never give a clear instructions and unfriendly, this polyclinic giving me a very bad experience (personal opinion)

The worse ever q system..waste of time..wat the hell if u have a appoinment but u have to wait for very long time..

Even with appointment you have to still wait. Took us 1hr even with appointment. Just bring a book, play online games or have some food opposite to pass time.

29 Sep 2016, appoint time 2.50 pm, made months ago, had reminder from Poly Clinic 5 days ago. At 3.35 pm, system showing 12 more patients before me. Disappointed Q No: 3663. It was rather punctual in all my previous appt. No longer the case now🤔

Recently brought my 5 yrs old child to there at around 8.30am. The nurse said very crowded that day and probably need to wait till 11.30am then able to see Dr. In the end, we waited till 1pm+ then our turn to see a Dr. Can you imagine a child kept coughing with fever waited there for more than 4 hrs? The nurse said unless my child fever is above 38.5 degree then can cut queue!

Terrible queue management. No need to make appointment as they do not follow appointment timings. New born baby or not.
