Michelin 1 star hawker food. This particular stall sells the famous Hong Kong soya sauce chicken. This plate of mine is $5. It has extra noodles with chicken drumstick and char siew added. Chicken melts in your mouth! If you must try hawker food. This is a must try! Queue is very long. The soya sauce and chilli sauce in the picture is not needed as the dish is too great tasting on its own. Hahaha...
