We have engaged their carpentry & carpentry work. Worth the the long wait and the result is awesome and satisfying. I have to say that we are not always happy with the decision making but issues solved. Probably part of the renovation process, No pain no gain

Unresponsive and unreliable. Everything sounds good over the phone but after that there is no follow up, no response to messages, nothing.

A bit far to visit their factory at Woodlands but it is informative when we are there to see the different types of building and carpentry material.
The quotation given is higher than others but i find that their material used is of better quality and workmanship. After some comparison, we decided to go ahead with Cheong Cheng.
Full renovation and carpentry work is completed within 1 month, everything within our expectation and overall good experience is good.
