be careful if they offer you a membership, usually they will give you a sweetener voucher yo be used within 3 months, but actually only applicable for buying few “selected items”, this conditional not being told earlier.
anyway, most items there can be found cheaper online. Cheaper items usually zalore brand which cant last. enough said.

Poor customer service. Staff like to hang around the laptop area and chit chat among themselves and avoid customers instead of proactively spreading out the store to see if they can be of help to customers.

It is a good place but the employees aren’t that interested in their jobs it seems like but yes they do know basic things about the store and can tell you basic things such as where an item is and if you have membership you can actually get up to 30% discount and that can make a difference is pricey things such as a SPARK+ drone for example
Overall an ok shop with actually pretty good price range.

Service was very bad when I enquiries about the membership discount items, the counter kept on repeating PRS items without any explaination. I asked twice then the counter behalf very impatient. That's the way they treated member? I wonder. It was on 30 April 1pm

I visited Challenger to get a couple of USB cables and some other inexpensive items. The staff (especially Jeffrey Lim) were very helpful and even volunteered to test my cables after I bought them.
