Not asking to refund or exchange, but could not help customer follow up the issue that they did not activate card correctly as a reseller. Lack of product knowledge, cannot activate iTunes card correctly and sell to customers.

Like what other reviewers have mentioned, Challenger's staffs in many outlets are rude and lack of products' knowledge. They tend to treat the shop as coffeeshop or playground, and instead of paying attention to obviously interested customers including myself, the staffs at Plaza Singapura were busy cracking dirty jokes, mocked at customers' pronunciation and products' knowledge, loud and clear from every corner of the shop. I decided to leave the place and buy from another shop despite the need to travel to another place.

Challenger needs to understand that they cannot just hire anyone and everyone from the streets to do their sales assistant job. Rude, unfriendly staff and knows nothing about what they are recommending to their customers.

I always love walking to challenger, but recently visit have been bored as no one is actually available to enquirer on products. All the sales are at the laptop and high pricing products.

Seemed to have a lot of stuff, but not quite what I was looking for. Asked a sales associate for a lapel mic. He seemed a little put out that I disturbed him and said all they had was one big microphone. I asked him to show me and of course there was a lot more. He seemed a little embarrassed that I caught him not giving me the whole truth, but this is Singapore, where business staff don't like to be bothered by customers.
I found a better solution for what I needed elsewhere. Won't be coming back here.

Hated the service. The staff was rude, had no product knowledge. They were extremely condescending. I am not sure if the bad customer service was driven by poor attitude or it if they were being racist.
