Honestly speaking, I think they don’t even deserve 1 star. From the moment we entered the shop till we pay at the cashier and asked for assistance at the customer service counter, all the staff were not friendly at all and gave us the attitude. (Dear Challenger, if you really care and wish to know more about the details, feel free to reach out to any reviewers) Before writing this review, I was thinking if it’s only me being too picky or particular on customer service, so I went through the recent reviews. Surprisingly, the recent few months reviews were all with 1 star only. Obviously, the company/shop doesn’t really care about their service standard because there seems to be no improvement at all.

Worst customer service - dude actively did not want to help me, wouldn't walk 10 feet to assist, then vanished when I turned away. Good product range though.

Staff are not well trained and attitude lacking. Price and quality aren't exactly plus points either. Not going to visit in the near future.

Worst costumer service. I do not recommend this store to buy anything at all. The staff trick me to register into a membership that I "supposedly" didn't have to pay anything at the end they charged 40 SGD without my notice.

I have bought ASUS gaming laptop from this shop.
The first laptop had a speaker problem. It was very obvious that my laptop speaker was very soft and at the high pitch, the sound will "break". Went back for one to one exchange. But they were very reluctant to do one to one exchange. Instead, they told me to go to ASUS service center. After a long conversation, they did one to one exchange but they were very rude and told me that this is my last time for the exchange. Brought back the exchanged laptop, charge it for 6 hours and when I was setting up the Window, space bar was not working. Because the staff at Challenger told me that I can't do one to one exchange I went to ASUS service center to fix. After the serving, I called the Challenger to inform about this issues, they told me that one to one exchange can be done within 7 days of purchase if there are manufacturing problems for more than once.
So the staff at Challenger provided me with fails information regarding one to one exchange. In conclusion, i spend $2000+ on faulty laptop. If you can, please avoid buying a laptop at this outlet. They are very rude and they lie.

Challenger is known to have bad service quality. Store is cramped (difficult walking circulation) and item are difficult to find.

Encountered very bad service in the vivocity store. Enquiry abt surface pro, ask you pls see the brochure. Dun offer any advise etc...
Like take it or bust off. Will not renew my membership there anymore.

Good large and spacious IT store. I love to buy IT stuff from Challenger esp with membership discount prices However I just hate some of their own "house brand" which are typically cheap China imports.

Awful service opens later than advertised time. Staff are helpful at all and completely indifferent. Go to iStudio instead much better service and a better experience even if you don't buy anything.
The customer service counter at Challenger and the staff were completely useless and then they will be shocked when they realize they lose their jobs because people are going online to buy rather than having to deal with them
