Lousy doctor! Was scolding my girlfriend throughout the consultation and questioning her when she was describing her medical history. Does not bother showing any concern when she was in pain.

Worst clinic i ever visited.
3 hrs waiting time for consultation, out of 3 hrs waiting time, doctor went out of clinic for 1.5 hrs .
Checked with the staff and was only infomed that doctor went out to get something and will be back at anytime ( 1.5 hrs) .
It would be great if the doctor can at least let the patients know how long is the expecting waiting time if he is out of clinic.
Don't ever come here if u are really sick and need treatments in short time.

Came down to see doctor due to fever, given medications and 2 days later came back as fever did not go down. Consult Doctor and was given the same medication as 2 days ago. Which it is ridiculous. Why would I want the same medication when I have taken it 2 days ago and not getting better. Told the Clinic assistant and they spoke to the doctor, to make things simplified , doctor gave me another 2 days MC
Few months later, Went to the same clinic again due to monthly cramps.
This time Indian locum Doctor,
Told him Im on monthly cramp and normally I will take Naproxen but this month I am running of medication. Doctor replied “ why would you take medication when youre not on Cramp?” I replied “ I am having cramp thats why I am here. ” doctor gave long face. Consultation takes only less than a minute.
A very bad experience with Doctors here.

Went for a consultation yesterday because of sprained ankle, however I went to consult a TCM prior to that as well. The doctor was very unhappy and criticise TCM as useless treatment and did not respect other profession. Lastly, he criticised me as an educated person and still believed in TCM. Will never go back at all.

Do not go there! I wanted to go to the next door, but they're fully booked till 5pm. On a Saturday at Noon!
This guy is a rubbish doctor. Charge for consultation, don't do consultation properly. When he's supposed to put the stethoscope to back back and listen, didn't even do it properly. Just say "breathe", don't care if I'm even breathing, then use the stethoscope tap for half a sec and done.
Give medicine, don't alleviate symptoms, don't do a thing.
Waste time, waste money. You're better off going to web MD and not getting a prescription. It will result in the same thing - going to a real doctor.

Atrocious waiting time. Queue number didn't move for 30 mins. My last time here. Been 2hours waiting and am feeling giddy already. Hope I don't faint- at least I get immediate attention!!!

Doctor check takes 2 mins. Medicine waiting takes 40mins. What is a poor operational efficiency

Very lousy. Being coporate clinic to many companies its not up to standard. Doctors very unprofessional, never give proper diagnosis, wear like go market. Really unethical. Waiting time same like polyclinincs. Yet charges very expensive.

I would love to put zero stars. I went to visit and was looked by an Indian doctor. After describing my conditions, all he did was type a referral letter to the hospital. A few lines. More than $100. wHat?

Felt like the doctor was unprofessional , he asked a few question and that's all. The waiting time is longer than the time he used to analysed the patient. He took less than 3 mins and the worst thing is he said "It's too early to tell." I'm like what ? Ugh

I'm being attended by Doctor Priyankan Sharan this afternoon and he is one of the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He appeared to be impatience and more interested in getting the patients out from the room than listening to our sickness. The waiting in between number is longer than the time patients spent in consultant room. His replies when I asked for advices is arrogant and rude.
Despite previous numerous bad experiences at that clinic I have never complaint any of their doctors or staffs or should I say this is the first time I complained a Doctor.
Instead of queuing at the clinic with minimum patients I rather go Polyclinic, the waiting time end up the same or shorter.
He don't deserve a star.
I got SHOCKED to see some put SHORT WAITING TIME under reviews...
Been there for 2-3 years now..the WAITING is never short.
Perhaps help by leaving a remark, letting us know which is the period where the waiting time is SHORT!

You hv to wait really Long and some times they will skip ur turn and u hv to wait even longer But the doctor is nice and kind and the staff are ok

This clinic is lacking.The doctor dozed off halfway while I was in consultation with him.Which mind you cost me $50+.If I'm paying that much the least he could do is stay awake.Good thing the staff was patient and quite helpful.I went on 7/05/2017 at 1930-2000 so the doctor at that time,You should learn how an actual doctor acts and not take your job for granted.If you don't want to be a doctor I would advise you to stay home.

wait very long almost we wait for 3hours but when its my turn only a second for checkup. and the staff always give black face. and if u ask the staff always not happy when they answer you like they scolding you. really not recommended this clinic. I will never come back here. bad service

I also had very bad experience from this clinic. The young doctor there was very rude to the patients and scolding patients like we are sick because of our fault. Never experience this kind of experience from any other clinic in Singapore.

The counter staff and the older doctor are usually very nice. But unfortunately I ended up seeing a younger doctor today (Dr Chan).Not only was he rude and impatient even before I can talk to him, he also asked questions like "Is this the worse headache you have ever had in your life?" in a very rude manner,which just made me irritated and cause my throbbing headache to become worse.It's sad that someone who doesn't even have the basic courtesy or patience to deal with the patient is a doctor. I really think this should be looked at given the very bad experience I had.

Had a very bad experience at woodlands mart. Sick patient without given mc and depend on a doctor mood to give mc. If he see you unhappy, he will cancel your MC and find excuses and argue with you.

Trying to see a doctor at Woodlands 24 hours clinic but was told to come back 2 hours later at 11 am. This clinic shouldnt be called 24 hours then.

called in at 7.15am.... Doctor is not in.
24hr clinic is not 24hr without a doctor. & this is the 2nd time having such an experience with them.

Went in the clinic around 120am because of a little accident. Although there are No patients, the staff seemed that we disturbed her. No customer service at all. I am a nurse myself thus I understand how we must attend to patients. I dont know if she is a nurse, but she is working in a medical environment thus she needs compassion and understanding. The doctor on the otherhand is very nice, courteous and very professional.

Pretty short waiting time. Polite nurse and the doctor is really friendly and informative. The clinic is 24/7 so you don't have to worry about not knowing where to go at night if there was an emergency. Pretty good experience just the downside is that the medical bill was really expensive after 10pm.

Counter staff is rude and has no etiquette. Especially the old lady wearing specs with short hair. The clinic should really teach basic manners on service to their employees. Someone needs to take action against the old lady as I noticed that it's a more than once occurrence that she's been rude to the patients.
