This review is on Dr Ong Theng Sung which I visited.
Went to visit the doctor and told him I was feeling breathless for the past 3 days. He said it was nothing. He has never met anyone that felt breathless before. Exact words from him.
He also did not provide a diagnosis and only asked me to go outside. He said his assistants outside would give me medical advise and my medicine.
Avoid this clinic (or rather this doctor) at all costs.

THE WORST N MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVEN SEEN.
IF NOT IN EMERGENCY STATUS NVR VISIT.
Not asking for my past condition keep talking rubbish.
Continue to do things slowly and talking his '"assumptions" which is like no logic and unprofessional way despite me feeling very unwell.
The price is also too high for that unprofessional doctor. I got an injection with 3 med cost me $120.
The one star is for the nurse who is even more professional than the doctor.

Don't know what to say after reading so many very negative reviews.The doctors and the front desk staffs reacted so differently. The doctors seems very unprofessional.In this case, as an advice may I suggest to their management to look into these matters as bad services reflected will damage the image and reputation of their clinics.In so will see decline of patients.

The doctor Dr Priya Sharan was very rude and acts arrogantly/inattentive towards his patients. The doctor uses a sarcastic tone and seems so impatient to end the consultation. The fee per consultation was very expensive too ($66), I wouldn't recommend coming here. Period!
P.S. After reading all the negative comments about this doctor, I sincerely hope that his superiors/board of directors can teach this egotistical guy a lesson.

I went to this 24h clinic on 13 June 2017 @ ard 1500pm. I was running with diarrhoea since morning & decided to leave early from my workplace to get treated.
I went to the clinic's rm & was attended by Dr Ong Theng Sung. I told him abt my diarrhoea & he stared at me with a kind of look. He asked me to lie down on the bed. While examined, i was a bit tickled on my stomach ( quite normal for me ) he instructed me not to harden my stomach & he continued examined.
After went down to the seat, he just looked at me and told me that it wasn't a diarrhoea bcoz he cant hear any noises coming from my stomach.
I am not against his professionalism, but as far as i'm concerned i went frequent trips to the loo with a loose & watery stool. If he claimed that is not a diarrhoea, it could be another term that Dr. has their own diagnosis to the patient.
I just felt frustrated with his sarcastic comments & this has not happen to me to other Dr that i has visited so far.
Pls think that we as a patient to visit a clinic to get treated not to received this kind of unpleasant situation.
This was such a horrible experience to me visiting this clinic !!!!!

The doctors need to read on their core values thats clearly hang on the wall right infront of their clinic.
Doctor Ong Theng Sun is a rude sarcastic doctor. After reading reviews here, i dont feel so bad. It seems that many had encountered bad experince from him.
The only reason for me to come to this clinic is because it is one of my company's appointed clinic and it is nearest to home.
After today's experience from this sarcastic man.... i'd rather travel further to visit another clinic.
Bear in mind doctors, dont assume that all patients are here faking their illness. N dont prescribe medication without telling your patient what will the prescription be. I asked for specific medication. "We dont have that. I will give you whatever we have here." Is that a good reply from a doctor? N.. "Tomorrow u can be on standby. Migraine is a common thing."
I wish i can transfer my migraine to your head! I dont mind having flu or fever but migraine is always killing me big time! It doesnt matter if u dont want to issue an mc. That is your judgement. But Stop ur Sarcasm .... its unneccesary. Especially to someone who is unwell. Goodbye lah this clinic. Not another time.

All the doctors is super rude.
Only all the frontdesk is nice and friendly.
I think all their doctors should go for anger management class.Just because i'm using a IHP card. U doctors treat me like rubbish.
The way u all talk all use rude tone.i can't even focus telling my illness.That is why must avoid this clinic by all means.Better still close down...Slow service by doctor. But when check patients so fast....So many bad reviews by customers.I will never go to this clinic anymore...U doctors all seriously should learn from your frontdesk staffs how to be nice.

Different doctors/ locums on duty at night. Very fast diagnosis , without asking for details. However the medicine does help, so it doesn't matter whether the doctor is friendly or not. Counter dispensing medicine is very slow in the evenings. At night it is fast.

Staff are polite. Not sure abt the dr, husband didnt complain though. Indian dr. Im guessing he is alright?

Second time here and both experiences were bad.
Saw a product poster at the counter so I the asked the doctor about it paid for the consultation. Upon collection of the medicine, the nurse said product is not available. Will need to order in but not sure when the product will be here. They said will give me a call when I can go down to collect. It's been months yet not a single phone call.
Woke up in the afternoon very unwell. Knowing it's lunch time many of the clinic would be close for lunch. So I headed to 24hrs clinic instead as they are SUPPOSE to be available. Went in the nurse told me doctor went out for lunch. Will only be back about an hour later.
Why is the clinic called 24hrs clinic yet only one doctor is available?

My wife came in and Dr Woon attended her. He did not answer my Wife questions and all he said that was that she was infected. I observed him n all he did was typing his pc. My Wife kept answering him the questions he asked but still he asked the same questions again. I did not even dared to give the medicine he gave to us even I had paid hundreds dollars on it. This is really my worst nightmare.

Worst experience ever ! The doctor was a Chinese guy plum built was very rude , when I told him that I had stomach cramps he made me lie down and pressed on my stomach area after which he told me to take a urine test and refused to give me an mc. He told me to just go to work even though I was in pain. Very poor service , and will never come back here again.

I just came out from the clinic and this doctor name Dr Ong was not a good doctor. I was felt painful from my backache, so he asked me to squat, lying down and he touched my waist. Then he said it's okay, just prescribed me painkiller. I said can I ask for one day rest as it's painful. He look at me one kind and not really happy. I felt quite upset after I came out, I felt uncomfortable after visited him.

Doctors are slow to process your request and takes a long time in between patients too, the doctor I've consulted with were unprofessional and we're unsympathetic to both my and other patients illness(based on the expression of some patients whom visited the doctor). The doctors don't even bother to find out more about your medical history before making any proper assessment of your physical health. I'm disappointed at both the service of receptionist and doctors that this clinic offers. 1 star.

The clinic indicated 24hrs but at 6.30 on 24/1/2017, but there no Doctors available. It is ridiculous to Lian they claim that they are 24hours clinic with such a big sign!!! Should take it down and indicate proper operating hours!!!!

Poor service. 24hr clinic but still needs to close down for breaks. Get 2 doc to operate then if theres break in btw. Expedite the consultation if long q. Make patients wait for more than an hr. Some Counter ladies are rude.

Doc sharan was rude and was not attentive to the patients. After I went in the room to see the doc, he chased me off and even asked why I need an MC. Please if you are really Sick try taking another option😡😡😡😡😡 f-c-k-d up service but charges can win ERP ( only the staffs are nice but not the doctor)

With the exception of my first visit when I had diarrhoea, the rest of the 3 visits were bad. The locums/resident doctors put in negligible effort to assess me beyond history taking initiated by me. They were lucky I could describe my conditions. They were also too quick to refer to hospital (happened to the patients before and after me and later to someone else when my dad was there on separate occasion too). And doctors did no information counselling. And also did not ask if its OK to prescribe pricey ($22/tab) medications. Seriously don't know what "essay" they were busy typing while being consulted. I don't know how many patients they were forced to see, but seriously, if it's your job to doctor, do it with passion.

Consultation fee is sgd100. Pricey but not much choice in yishun. Regional healthcare isnt 24 hours and the next nearest one is in Khatib.

Very lousy. Visited it around 10pm, waited for 2 hrs, went in for 2mins and ended up at A&E KTPH because the doctor refused to do xray. Counter lady is rude as well, she raised her voice to other customers as well. If anyone is in pain, please just go to the real hospital, don't waste your time there.
