Mixed review. It depends on the doc you are seeing. I always look for dr. Margaret. She is thorough and very experienced but is not always at the clinic all week, check her schedule before visiting.
As dr Margaret was not around I hesitatingly saw dr Iris Long. She prescribed wrong medication, Fortunately I read the description and checked the label before leaving the counter. The staff called her and they changed the medicatiom afterward. I immediately thought of those people who doesnt always check but trusts a doctor unconditionally....
I also complained on the suspected side effects from the antibiotic I was taking (I also mentioned the name) and she said they were irrelevant. I checked up on Google today and it said all the symptoms I experienced as a normal side effects of that antibiotic I was taking. Non-chalant and careless!
This is not the first doc, so be smart. Google provides a lot of info, check what you’ve been prescribed before taking it.

Despite being the last patient to see the doctor(no one was after me for the next 5minutes), I was made to wait an excessive amount of time for my medication and mc while the 1 of the counter staff attended to registration while the other seems to be playing with his phone. No one seemed bothered that I was still there including the pharmacy staff who was happily eating her lunch. It was not until I stood at the counter that the staff asked each other if there was still medicine to be collected and realized that the pharmacy staff forgot. There was no apology either. Ridiculous. All the years I’ve been here there has not been a single time with acceptable service. Do not recommend at all.

worst doc i've ever been to. the doctor did not even know any medical terms and the only reason she told me that the rain brought down the bacteria and when i inhale, it gave me a flu

TERRIBLE Clinic - doctor rushed through diagnosois and YAWNED (without covering mouth) infront of patient. Whopping $68.40 for wednesday morning consultation with only ear drops, cough syrup and anti-histamines prescribed.
I will NEVER, EVER come back to this clinic again. Although there were no patients in the clinic (there was just one other patient when I arrived), doctor seemed to be in absolute rush in her diagnosis. I had a ear infection - she took a cursory look into my ear. I told her i had a bad cough which kept me awake at night - she cursorily placed the stethoscope on my chest for 2 seconds and said “it seems alright”. Everything done within 1min, during which the doctor looked absolutely disinterested and even YAWNED infront of me (without bothering to cover her mouth).
At the prescription counter, everything was again very rushed when it felt like the staff were just shoving the medications at me. After i paid, i realised that I have a stash of one of the medications at home, and so asked if I could turn that. The staff gave me an exasperated look and told me “the account has been closed. We can’t open it. Cos we are not HR!” Another staff pointed to a piece of paper on the wall behind me and said “the paper say already. Cannot return”. As though i had the chance to look at the medication in detail or read the paper when they shoved the medications at me.
The bill? It came up to a whopping $68.40 - $28 for the 1minute consultation, ear drops, cough syrup, and the anti-histamines which i already have a stash at home. And it was on Wednesday morning, not during weekends or public holidays.
Worst experience ever. The doctor and staff there make me feel even more sick than before.

Had an extremely terrible experience. I was running a high fever, yet I had to wait an additional 25 minutes (total 1hour waiting) as they allowed 2 others to cut my queue when I was the next in line. I was angry because of the lack of professionalism and courtesy by the medical staff.
Perhaps, the people who cut my queue were really urgent cases, however the nurses did not have the basic courtesy to inform me that. When I asked them how long more do I have to wait, they replied me without looking up. Being in the service line, that is extremely unacceptable.
Furthermore, one of the nurses was coughing quite badly too. Yet, he was not wearing a mask. So much for being a medical personnel.
I believe that the nurses need to work on their attitude and professionalism desperately.

Had my bloodwork done there..painless work by the Loccum on duty..but the most impressive experience was with Dr Margaret Ng, reviewing my result..She was sooo motherly, nice and professional still..look for her if you want attentive Dr..

Was waiting in the clinic with a friend, saw a poor girl who puked all over herself and the floor. The receptionist, when asked by the mother of the girl for tissues to clean up, just shook her head and ignored the request.
Patients who have to catch a doctor this late in the night, should not be made worse by the waiting experience in the Clinic.

Went to this clinic at clementi at midnight on 8 Dec 17 and was attended by Dr Beulah Patricia MCR:M16774R for my boy's worming issue that caused him to itch badly.
Was told that there was no oral medicine and only cream was available ie Neoderm. Was appalled and shocked that clinic did not stock medicine for worming which was easily available at pharmacy over the counter. Feedback to her that the cream was ineffective and needed alternative to relief the itch.
So she prescribed Melomet and i requested her to assist to apply the cream as the itch was unbearable. She refused and said i can apply for my boy when we got home. Of course when i got home will apply again: I just need her to apply in the clinic 1st.
After much insistent, she took 2 big lumps of cream and stuffed into my boy's anus. When i said ' stuffed'was indeed the action of blocking the anus with the steroid cream!!
Back home my boy was complaining that it was painful from the scratch of the doctor's long nails and the itch was not relieved at all.
I went on to search if there was any side iffect of the cream prescribed. It mentioned that the cream will have burning sensation, itch etc. Worst still the doctor had stuffed so much cream into my boy's anus instead of applying thinly as directed. Now i was worried for my boy as so much cream had been used on my boy.
I start to doubt if the doctor is really a qualified one and if the prescription is correct.
Having paid $100+ for consultation and one type of cream that did not work at all plus the unprofessional doctor that attended to my boy was really a wasteful trip.
Hence would like to pen down my bad experience with this doctor in Central 24-Hr Clinic at Clementi.

Doctor looked like she was half asleep, did not listen when I gave her my history of the issue and wasn’t even going to clean my wound until I asked. Almost got charged extra for that dabbing of antibacterial cream as “dressing” but receptionist waived it.
nicktohzyu (25/09/2017 09:20)
Doctor has no compassion and simply tries to see patients as quickly as possible. I was forced to pay for expensive medicine otherwise doctor said he would not give MC!!
Alvin Ng (24/09/2017 10:01)
Rude receptionist. One of the doctors (older guy) is very unprofessional. He is impatient and he likes to scold patient.
Priya Periasamy (18/08/2017 10:16)
Receptionists were horrible! Indian prc wants to see the doc but couldn't converse it English. This happened before I arrive. He tried explaining to them again (at this time I was there), i was clearly able to understand what he was trying to say! So all the more I Guess they should be able to understand as they see many different types of ppl everyday. After which, when they call him to take their particulars they were extremely rude using the word 'eh' on him. They should really train their staffs with respect and manners!
Krishna Murthy (06/06/2017 16:03)
Dr seems to be ok, but the front office lady is very rude and show attitude.
Jeffrey Xie (14/05/2017 07:28)
A female admin staff was very rude (wear spec auntie)
Request my wife for her company pass then request for E card then request for everything except ic and so my wife was standing there for 10 mins.
After my wife sat down, she then ask for her IC.
Then my wife ask how come didn't ask from me at the start?
The admin staff then saying at the top of her voice claiming :" YOU DID NOT TELL US THIS IS UR FIRST TIME VISITING SO WE WILL NEED YOUR IC, YOU GO CLINIC FIRST TIME YOU MUST TELL US WHAT"
We were then stunned how come we are being shouted Infront of all the other patients. ( happened 14 May 2017 3.20pm)
We then said, we are not working here, how do we know what to tell you?
The staff then said: there are so many things, how do I ask you everything?!"
We are very disappointed by the services.
We went to the doctor and told the dr how we could feedback.
The dr said I'm not always here so I don't know how u could feedback.
Seriously????!!!!!
Other than my feedback you could check out most of the feedback are negative.
I think some clinic associations should investigate this.

Price: Acceptable ($30 consultation fee before 10pm, but it's a lot more expensive after that)
Queue: Not too long, can see the doctor after waiting for 15 mins
Doctor: Okay, just that she ignored some details (luckily the details are not so important)
Receptionist: A young Chinese man is okay, not really that bad
Bird (30/03/2017 01:49)
The doctor was okay, but the reception ladies were a bit rude. Also, I received prescription but they didn't have the medicine in their pharmacy. Tried polyclinic they also didn't have the prescribed medicine. So basically the visit was useless. The consultation was over priced for its service
Chng Kanghai (19/03/2017 08:44)
Idiot receiptionist. Stand there with my child for 10 minutes and still not yet registered. Ask me sit down first. No more seat already also no see. I want registered and bring my son to find a seat at the coffee shop. Say long queue. I ask registered also long queue and go out. Go 321 clinic. Settle within 5 minutes. Service better than this clinic..
Update. Already home with my child. If I still there at this clinic, most likely will still be waiting to register.
321 clinic chrges $19 for consultation whereas this charge $55 at this hour. Rubbish service.

Come only if you really have to. Doctor spent total of 3 mins with me and dispensed "wah why throat so red... eat too much heaty food" diagnosis and medical certificate. Barely checked me other than looking down my throat. Come only if your company forces you too and you are well enough to do without any serious medical advice .
Sreekar Reddy (03/07/2016 07:28)
Ridiculous service. The protocol at any health service should be to check the temperature and give an appointment to anyone who walks into the clinic. These imbeciles wouldn't check my girlfriend's temperature (she was running 39C), let alone give her an appointment accordingly. I asked them why and the excuse was "we have a queue". What if there was a guy needing an emergency rescue? Wait because there's a queue? Complete disregard for health service protocol and an irrational rigidity that should be kept out of health service of all industries. Bad!
Patrik Johansson (09/04/2016 17:55)
Friendly and fuss free service in simple settings. Almost no queue...
Juliet Li (26/11/2015 12:22)
The queue was long. However, doctor was very nice and patient. He ask a lot of questions regarding about my cough. He also listens to my breathing patiently, compared to the doctors in Singapore polyclinics (where they just pretend to listen). He also kindly advise me what type of food and drinks I should avoid, so that my cough would be better.
Madeline Chen (01/09/2015 00:01)
The doctors are nice but the one I saw was tardy in his examination of my child. My child had congested nose and he should have at least listened to his chest right? But no, he did not. The front desk staff need to be more kind in their tone to the patients. Also, they do not give clear instructions and assume patients know what to do. Nonetheless, I still see a lot of people in the clinic, largely due to the clinic being part of their company insurance panel of clinics. If you are not under insurance, this is not a clinic to go to. The treatment from the counter staff is worse than that of Clementi Polyclinic. There are other clinics in the area with nicer front desk staff and doctors with more time to examine you thoroughly.

Really disappointed. I felt high fever on these weekend. When I arrived there, reception register my name and told me Q no. 14. Then, she measured my temperature. She saw high temperature and suddenly change to Q no 13. I don't know why she hide 13 slot. When I saw the Indian doctor, her service was very poor.

i am a tourist and this place is really an A, A for ATROCIOUS. customer service women were horrible barbarians, clinic smells pungent, staff got no hygiene when handling thermometers and equipments, waiting time was long, environment was puny, suffocating, and uncomfortable. i advice all tourists to stay away from this place! find proper hospitals nearby such as NUH for better health care. this place aint no first class service. so much for being a first world country singapore
