I booked a unit in feb. Due to unexpected circumstance with my cpf fund, I need more time to top up with cash. I requested for some grace period from this Developer who firmly rejected my request in the same day and they took 25% on my booking fee because I could not exercise in time. I tried to reason with them: if they had given me some grace period and I would have been able to exercise. Then in March through agent, they informed:1. no refund, 2. can give up to 7 months grace period for one other unit (now the same floor same size unit is 72k more than my original unit which was sold to another party)， 3.previous discount entitlement no longer applies, 4. I have 5 days to consider. They can give grace periods but they refused. Take your 25% deposit and tell you to pick another but prices are way different now. But dont worry, you have 7 months to catch up this time round.

Irresponsible developer. Despite reporting defects affecting the estate, nothing is done. Emails are unaswered for years. Be warned.
