I was stuck at Yishun Blk 925 Central CBM Pte Ltd carpark as I was unable to exit the gantry at Exit B. Unfortunately, the Help button at the gantry was spoilt and the telephone number of CBM Pte Ltd was not displayed at Exit B. So I had to call town council and they told me they were not responsible. They referred me to HDB, I was put on such a long waiting hold and took so long to manouevre their menu, before finally a HDB officer picked up the phone and told me they couldn't help me. They told me to call CBM.
As you are aware, there's a childcare located at the top floor of your carpark. I think it is critical you display your telephone numbers around the carparks clearly in addition to Exit B and Exit A. In case of emergencies, others don't have to call 1 whole big round before being able to locate your staff to help them exit the carpark. You should also distribute your telephone numbers to all the vendors of Blk 925 especially the childcare if you have any conscience at all. Do you want to end up like the horrible London building fire before you will take any action???
The Northpark Residences construction team is taking over the management of your carpark. Don't you even care? They are blocking your carpark exits. Most of the time now, they block Exit A.
