Zero customer service, they don’t update customers, no assurances, just words of apology and a bunch of “I don’t know, not my responsibility, you should speak to so and so” at which point they transfer my call which rings a few times and then gets cut off. When I can finally talk to someone, it’s always someone different who has zero clue to what’s going on. Anyway I don’t know if my dishwasher will ever get fixed or if I would even trust this joke of a company to do a decent job if they manage to actually show up at a time they say they were going to. I just don’t know how you can let a customer reassemble their day for a pick up only to have that said pick up never show up and you can’t even tell me what is going on!!!!! Hire responsible people that actualy know what service means!

No one answers their customer service call centre. Been waiting for 45 minutes already.

Terrible experience... Even tho my co has been buying from. No reply on our email. Nobody picked up the phone for 1/2 hour. I hv to go down personally to attend to them instead.... for products under warranty.

Non-existent customer service hotline. Highly recommend no one buys anything serviced by them. Called their customer service hotline for 4 days consecutively and the call has never been picked up once.

Ordered Beko washer and arranged 1 person delivered, installation and disposal. Further more his have to rush for other delivery after injured his toe due to washer too heavily. Poor management.

Their EF brand hood is very very bad, very low quality. The moto very noisy, with a strange cyclical vibration, no matter how hard you try to adjust the postion. It has no power button, so once you connect the hood to a plug with wires, you hear some humming sound from the machine even it is not switched on. This sound could be caused by electric current. Their service is bad also. These discourage anybody to buy its product.
Gas hob passable, quality ok, but fire easily goes off if the there is space below the hob when the air pressure changes suddenly.

Terrible customer service. What is the point of having a service hotline when nobody picks up the phone?

Anyone with good temperament will become bad after calling their service center.
