Recently visited Pasir Ris CC after a long time and decided to get pizzas. Was in a dilemma to choose between Canadian Pizza and another Pizzeria. Decided to go with Canadian and did a walk-in. Totally a new set-up compared to my previous visit. Placing an order was such a breeze as it can be done thru an ipad placed at the front counter. it even showed me the waiting time (20 min). so i decided to do some groceries at Sheng Siong{just opposite the outlet} while the pizzas gets ready. i came back about 15 min later and my orders were ready! Totally pleased with the efficiency and smooth process.

Recently bought 2 for 1 pizzas from Canadian. Food is great and value for money. Delivery is prompt and will definitely order from them again!

I would like to share with all about my bad experience on canadian pizza.i ordered pizzas for my kid student care on last friday which is a children's day.the kids supposed to have their tea at 4.15pm so i called and requested for the pizza delivery at 3.45pm during my lunchtime but the delivery only came at 5pm.when the children were about to return home and the kids did not have their tea as everybody was expecting for the pizza.yet canadian pizza could lie saying they reached at 3.45pm.i called their customer service since last friday asking for a solution but no solution to this problem is given.Furthermore.the cs supervisor Freddy could give excuses such as it is 1st time call agent heard the word intercom when reach and they don know thus no instruction was passed down.and empty promises were made by him everytime i spoke to him.to them.it is ok for the kids to go hungry.therefore,i think next time i should consider hard if i want to order canadian pizza for my boy school again.For parents or employers.who plans to buy canadian pizza and do not mind letting their children or employees go hungry.canadian pizza may be a good choice since they have free pizzas offer.if not,then order at own risk of delay.
