My family has been patronizing CTC for the last 20 years, so naturally I contacted them of a country of interest my family would like to visit. I had 2 or 3 emails from Cindy Yan and Andrew Lew [the latter who is the assistant manager who later took over Cindy for correcting an error I pointed out from Cindy's email)]. However, after that, my emails were left unreturned and unanswered. I resorted to calling Andrew and spoke to him on the phone, who promised to read and return my email.1 week passed, no response. I sent another 2 email reminders to Andrew for him to follow up, but NO response, again! So much for their company slogan of Service Values --Polite.Responsive.Image.Correct.Efficient!!! They only reflected RUDE.IRRESPONSIVE.UNPROFESSIONAL IMAGE.INCORRECT.INEFFICIENT!!! I (nor my friends/family) will NOT patronize CTC again. Save yourself time and use another travel agency. It seems the reliability of CTC has gone down the drain.

So far, all my trips with ctc is good cos I hv the same tour manager which is good in her handling of customers

My wife and I are ardent CTC travel club members and have been travelled with CTC for about 20 years since. I am very happy with your services rendered over the years. Keep it up!!! well done. Anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to pay compliment to my tour leader Ms Agnes Seow.
Indeed, I really forgot to express my sincerest appreciation and thanks to our tour leader , Ms Agnes Seow, who led a group of us to Ningxia last year from 3 to 9 Dec17. She had displayed highest professionaism throughout, and conscientiously took good care of all of us, regardless our backgrounds. We still vividly rememebered she went to extra miles in taking care of a group member, a lady in her 70s with slight dementia symptom who was travelled alone. Without Agnes, we would have been inconvenienced or late for many outings because the said lady always went missing or late for every outing. Every morning , Agnes literally went to her room much early to wake her up so that the lady could be at least on time to leave with us. Also, haha, we really enjoyed her seemingly endless sense of humour and jokes that made our journey so pleasant.. Good Job Agnes and thanks for the care during the trips, deeply appreciated.
This June, 7/6/18, 4 of us will be going with CTC again to Xinjang for a 10 days trips. We are wondering whether Agnes will be our tour leader again.... hope so..

Hubby and I booked an upcoming 12D9N trip to Turkey where we will set off on 12th April.
Since beginning of March, we have been contacting the CSO who served us to ask about the briefing and when it will take place as both of us were pretty excited for the trip. They kept telling us to wait for them to contact us. Today, we realised that the briefing took place a few days ago and we did not receive any sms or calls. Being disappointed, we called up the agency and the lady over the phone insisted she did sent an sms to both our mobiles and my hubby said that we did not receive it. Again, she said she sent it and my hubby replied that he did not receive any. This went on for several rounds till my hubby got upset and told her that she could check with M1 (mobile service provider) whether that sms was received and if it was the case, he would give CTC some form of compensation. Note that the tone was still normal; not sarcastic or angry. The lady was offended and told my hubby in an unhappy tone to not talk to her in that way. That totally was the last straw. She still had the cheek to ask him what he wanted from her. Hubby figured it would be pointless to continue the conversation as it was evident she was not properly trained in being a customer service officer and dealing with such situations and too prideful to offer a simple apology.
This will be the last time I will travel with CTC.

Join CTC travel to Harbin (Jan2018). Tour initerary was well planned. Both SG and CN guide were great in providing the right amount of info at the right time. They look good care of us

I joined the CTC Travel Chengdu, 乐山, 峨眉山, 四姑娘山的 tour from 14 to 21 Oct 2017. It was a most enjoyable trip as the itinerary was well planned, the food was nice. Besides the extra bit of walking at 四姑娘山 (but the scenery was worth the effort,) the rest of the journey is quite relaxing. The hotels were clean, Melbourne dean and nice.
But most importantly it is the people that made this holiday most memorable. My special thanks and appreciation to our Singapore tour leader, Raymond Toh, Chengdu tour guide 彭威 and the bus driver Mr. Wang.
Both Raymond and Peng were very diligent, experienced and professional. They gelled this group of strangers to become friends. Through their warmth and friendliness, they put everyone at ease and we all felt like we were traveling as one big happy family. Thank you all of you and also my fellow tour mates William, Mary, Aliena, Albert, Susan, Chong, Raymond, Veron, Siew Tiang, Sai Kit, Josephine, Keow, Tricia, Elaine, Tick Liang and Peggy.

Just returned from a 8 days tour from Mt.wudang 28 May - 4 June. Tour leader Agnes took good care of the group and was cheerful and well organised. Driver was friendly and ensured we had a safe ride throughout the trip.
A big thank you once again to both of them.
However, sightseeing on Mt. Wudang was a bit rushed and CTC should improve in this area。.

武当山的行程太急促. 能走马也来不急看花,这方面CTC 应该有所改进。

15/11/2016參加了宁夏8天游.这是个悠游旅程,每天都轻鬆愉快(吃好,睡饱,景美(春或秋天应该更美).在此感谢领隊在事项的处理有次序,導遊講解景点和安排事物清楚,司机大哥的细心(总放我们在最靠近入口处下车)。

I joined CTC for All Korea Leisure Tour from 19/5/16 to 2/5/16 and is very satisfied with everything which they provided. The Tour Leader May is very helpful and attentive to our needs. The Tour Guide Steven from Alan Travel in Korea is also very professional and humorous too. I would recommend those who wish to travel should try to join tours by CTC.
