I bought a tour package with CS Travel to Japan at Aug17 NATAS fair. I chose them because they quoted lower prices as compared to their competitors.
However, they cancelled the tour without informing their customers. I happened to know it just 3 weeks prior to departure because I specifically checked with 1 of their agents since I didn't receive tour briefing notice which was supposed to take place 1 month before departure.
My sis and I went down to CS travel on 19 Mar 2018 to complete refund administrative work. I called CS Travel on 2 Apr and they advised that it had been processed on 20 Mar 2018 and that I need to wait for 4-6 working weeks for the refund to reflected in my credit card statement.
However, I had not received any refund till date ( 9 May) and the agent taking my call told me 6 working weeks is equivalent to 42 working days. It's totally ridiculous, whoever the consumer is, would presume 6 working weeks as 30 working days because we work 5 days in Singapore.
Lesson learnt: Before you sign up for a tour package, it's better to look at the size and liquidity of the tour agency, otherwise if the tour didn't happen due to insufficient Travellers, it would take forever to receive your refund. I guess I have to bring it to CASE to get back my money... Extremely disappointed

11 Days Balkans Tour
Dishonest tour leader. The fact of what he told everyone in the pre-departure calls. He had nothing to share with us about Balkan’s related info, except his past negative n miserable tour leading experience .
CS office ignored my feedback about the discrepancy issue.

The travel agency basically bring us to a lot of commission based retails/ shops which is a total waste of time! There wasn’t any time to visit the real attractions, most of our times were spent at these retail shops that only opened to tours. It feels like they set us up to earn commmission. We feel so cheated and disgusted by their intention. Never ever trust cheap tours and believe in ‘you pay what you get’.
I will give 0 stars if I could.

Travelled to Central Europe on 4th to 20th December 2017 with CS travel. I was skeptical at first after reading their reviews. But I still ended up booking with them after scouting and comparing with few agencies for months. It has to be a well planned one as I am bringing my 4 year old toddler along and mind you, its winter season. Guys, it turned out this was the best tour trip my wife and me had (our previous trip to Eastern Europe was great, but this Central Europe trip was even better) thanks to our tour leader, Mr. Desmond Cheok whom has so much experienced and hands on chap and he had made the whole trip so much enjoyable even it was raining some of the time. DC has a good foresight on everyday plan and he treats mind you a big group of 30 paxs with great care for every family. End of the day the whole big group of us was so happy with the trip. And for my wife and me, we swear will be back to CS in the near future again (we love ❤ Europe) for sure we would want DC to be the leader again. Thanks CS and especially to Desmond. Keep up the good work. Btw, the local guides we had were very professional and warmed they really chat a lot with infos and history too. :) Lets compliment those who deserved it.

Korean trip nice place, local n tour guide very nice n helpful especially Ms Crystal group leader.
Most unhappy is the Shanghai hotel entirely difference from itinerary given hotel. Bad experience rooms bed sheet stains, towel used very long time look bad.. voice up to ms crystal, she able to speak to china tour guide and change to clean n white bed sheet n towels.
China guide bad attitude.

Just did 11 days Balkans Tour with CS Travel. Had the worst experience in my life. The tour leader was rude and unhelpful. The itinerary was poorly arranged. We often had our meals very late and the sightseeing was very very rushed. He kept blaming us for his poor organisation. We felt we had paid money to get reprimanded by him, which made the entire experience highly unpleasant. We didn't even get a chance to take photos of several points of interest on the itinerary - they were perfunctorily pointed out when we were on the coach. We never got to stay in the five star hotel promised in the itinerary. The local tour escort was the most indifferent individual, who was oblivious to our needs and often dismissed our concerns. This agency has been suspended before and with good reasons. Should have read the reviews first. AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you want to ruin your holiday experience.

The worst agencies I ever joined. Very bad experience for the 14days Europe tour of Italy, Paris, Swiss and Netherlands.

CS Travel is one of the most fortunate discoveries I’ve made in a very long time. In today’s age of usual business practices, where mediocrity has become the accepted standard, how refreshing to experience the commitment to excellence being made by CS Travel. Upon first discovering CS Travel, I arrived disillusioned with travel agencies based on my recent experience with another agency in planning one of my two winter getaways. How amazed I was that CS Travel not only planned my second trip in amazing fashion, but also went to the effort to ensure my first trip was arranged properly to ensure I wouldn’t encounter any disappointment. That’s not business as usual. That’s the definition of excellence.
