Nice huge megastore, layout is okay, but can be friendlier especially on the third floor, second floor for beds and stuff was okay, not too bad. Overall decent place. Met a very nice staff who was very experienced and patient, subway and nice food options at the top.
Overall a nice place to shop with fun for the whole family! Free shuttle bus is great too!

The newly renovated Courts Megastore look the same on the exterior. However, the layout has change be to become friendly. On the 3rd floor, Subway has moved to a place between the 2 lifts which change the awarkness of being in the middle of the show room. The ground floor. The area was also reorganize to become more spacious.

Very nice place to shop after the renovation. The re-classification of products allow for easy search. Recommended.

Courts Megastore true to its name occupies a large area spanning multiple levels and houses a Wide variety of household electronic appliances. The price appears discounted. But Expo sale events also feature products at a much lower price.
This shop is easily accessible by free shuttle service from Tampines Mrt.

Fridge salesman do not seem very honest. Only trying to push sales in explaining inverter motors not as efficient as conventional motors. Also purchased 4 chairs which were to be delivered on 20 April 2018. It was not delivered and Courts never even bothered to inform that they were not able to get stock on time. I had to call Customer Service with some difficulty and they said will arrange their sales to call me. Call never came. Had to write in again and another few days before they finally called to say still no stock and will be able to deliver onlymore than weeks after the promised date. Hopefully the chairs will arrive.

Got great deals for our new place. Staff was amazing - very polite & helpful. Left feeling very well taken care of!
Dave D (19/03/2018 07:00)
Big and you do get some really good deals here, especially if you ask beyond the ticketed price (for the bigger ticket items).
Return policy seems good, although I've never had cause to do it.
Don't expect premium electronics or furniture here, but it's a solid average to above average range.
Thomas Lew (18/03/2018 15:10)
Another superb crowded place during weekends. Sometimes the bargains and discounts are good. A great varieties of electronics and furniture to select.
Bryan Leong (01/03/2018 12:31)
A wide variety of products on display, staff and promoters here are helpful and not pushy. Parking no problem.
However toilets are dirty

Very great customer service. This place has much more variety than their stores. IKEA is nearby so be prepared to spend a full day comparing prices between the two.

After the renovations, Courts has a more open concept to their showcases. Every floor has a stop for refreshments for you to quench your thirst or grab a little something to eat.
My personal favourite is Level 2's MO Cafe. They have lovely coffee and delicate cakes. A must try when you do stop by Courts for some shopping.

Went here to buy a good quality kingsize bed. Man, when i lie on the bed it was super comfortable. Cant wait for it to arrive at my house

After the renovation, the superstore now appears artfully designed with thought on customer experience. Staff are also friendly. The free parking also encourages people to stay longer. Serves the needs of surrounding neighborhood towns well.

It's courts. Lots of stuff is over priced. Especially if you go for the long term payment plans. Still has some decent stuff

The staff can't be bothered to help out now.
I was looking to buy a display piece product and when asked when it can be delivered, the salesperson could only tell me "as soon as possible". When asked when as soon as possible was, she replied "not sure, we'll need to check stock". Confused, I confirmed with her that I was buying the display piece that we were standing right next to, clearly marked to be on sale as a display piece. She continued "we'll have to check stock"
Later on I went to the tools section and was looking to buy a Milwaukee cordless drill. I couldn't find the price tag anywhere on it, and I opened the display set to see the tool and take a look. I asked a salesperson how much it cost, and he promptly walked away to get someone else to answer.
The second salesperson told me that they weren't selling it as a display set yet. So I told him that I wanted to know how much it cost to buy the normal set.
He told me they were out of stock. So they were not selling it. I then pointed out that there was a stack of 3-4 brand new boxes in the same shelf, not marked as display pieces like the first one. He told me they were display pieces too so they're not selling it, then promptly walked away.

Possibily the biggest and the most complete Courts in Singapore. Free and abundant parking. Ikea next door is a plus.
Feng Feng (06/09/2017 05:11)
Not as MEGA as it seems. Half of the buildings is dedicated to the warehouse.
And not sure if its a pride issue but the lack of a family friendly setting as its NEIGHBOUR make it less popular among furniture hunting families
Timothy Chan (20/08/2017 12:15)
Lots of choices of furniture and electrical appliances. But the staffs here are not the friendliest and they are pretty pushy at times. I would prefer to shop quietly on my own and seek help once I am ready.
Roy Gaggino (11/07/2017 04:25)
Big spacious superstore style outlet. Has a furniture level, a floor for IT and a floor for other home use items including white goods, small appliances and home care products. The products are a mix of price points and quality and the store has a price matching policy. The differentiating feature of this store vs the other outlets around Singapore is the size of the floor displays which is larger at this location so a wider range of items can be viewed. Quality of staff varies in terms of knowledge and attitude from great to less than average.

I bought my TV here at a good price because it was on sale. Some of their items are very well priced when on sale.
Ivan Tan (01/07/2017 15:15)
Furniture designs were outdated. Prices are not very affordable as well. Only good if you want to get high priced items at 0% interest installment.
SK L (04/06/2017 13:39)
Just feel its not as crowded as it used to be couple of years back. Still a good place to look for furniture and electronics. Overall customer experience is not fantastic but if you know what you want without relying on product consultation then its a fine place for shopping.
Adrian Oh Kwan Gee (04/05/2017 15:45)
Can shop so much thing in one place, digital thing, lap top, computer, tv,.. Sub way, so convenient for all the people, like the activities at 1St floor such as offering free meal for people when hungry during weekend
Pui Wai Eu (02/04/2017 07:09)
The sales representative Peter Ng gave good advice on the selection of a freezer and tips on how to start using in and maintaining it. He said customers are often too busy to read through the instruction manual and he is right.
Santosh Yadav (31/03/2017 15:10)
Huge place with competitive prices. However its best to decide before you head down. This will allow you to quicky approach the promoter for that particular brand.
Mimi Tan (17/03/2017 01:40)
Was checking out their washing machine. Most staff here would try to avoid eye contact and hang around in their own small clique. Finally an uncle came and helped us. He was attentive to our requirements and narrowed a few selections for us. Was pleased with his service. Looks like only a handful of the staff are serious about their work. Wanted to give 1 star. But decided to rate 2 stars because of the helpful uncle.
Andy Nugroho (04/03/2017 06:07)
It has many product selections although there are still certain well known brands missing from the line up.

I bought my ASUS ROG RIG here. The customer service is awesome. The more you are in to shopping, the more rewarding the gift can be. I got a gift upgrade to 24 GB and a 32GB memory card. Courts is the best way to find what you want.
Kuntal Mukherjee (17/02/2017 10:34)
Everything of Courts in one roof. Nicely organised. No cheap options.
Adrian Wong (13/02/2017 13:38)
Decent place to shop. Location is a bit inaccessible. Free parking though!
Philip Diamond (03/02/2017 13:55)
The selection is good but the layout is terrible and signage unclear. Staff were only marginally helpful, making navigating the store quite unpleasant. Would only return if no other options available.
Aubrey Toh (19/09/2016 14:17)
Giant electronics supermart. Great prices and free parking.
Sunshine Tan (12/09/2016 08:21)
Horrible. Waited hours for delivery, item wasn't delivered, yet at sms came to ask us to review our experience. Well, the item has NOT been delivered, and no one is picking up my phonecall. What kind of review do you expect to get qith this kind of service?

Courts megastore offers a wide range of household stuff and lifestyle items including furniture sets, electrical appliances, electronic gadgets, entertainment systems, tool sets, cameras, handphone, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are free parking facilities.
E Chan (25/06/2016 03:37)
Next to IKEA. Located in the East. Great electronics store. Has almost everything. Some items are well priced at a great discount.
Nathaniel Ng Li Wen, (21/05/2016 01:42)
The place hosts a wide variety of electronics to choose from with friend and knowledgeable staff. You won't have any trouble finding what you desire
Gary McRae (09/05/2016 05:21)
There are a lot of options here and you can haggle for a discount.
Be warned - I was told that items would be delivered and then was called on the day of delivery to cancel. #arrgghhh
From beds to chairs and towels to vacuum cleaners - choices choices choices.

A big box electronics store. They have an online shop on their website so you can check out what you want to buy before coming. While their staff are helpful when you ask them about products they usually do their own thing and won't help you unless approached.
Also there's no place to eat here except Subway so you should go to IKEA or Giant to grab a bite. Since a lot of the smaller electronics are cheaper online and their warranty process is troublesome I usually don't shop here for more expensive goods. However it is still good for picking up small items like irons or large items like fridges it washing machines that can't really be bought online.
