Service is slow. What do you expect an executive serves as help desk at the same time.

Bad service - when for card renewal with my friend with a queuing number at hand but the customer service officer (a female) doesn't even notify the number yet just skipped to a number 20+ number ahead of us. I was furious and walk straight to her to tell her that if my number is still valid! #inefficient
Short term memory loss - Chinese staff, looks like the age roughly 40 - 50 years old, male, Asian. My friend handed over her identification card and bank card for renewal after being directed by the customer service staff but when the number were called again, we were asked to hand in the identification card and bank card again by the same male staff in blue shirt. I clarified again with him that we've just handed in the documents 5minutes ago and now we're waiting for god knows when will we be able to renew the card as we were queing again behind other numbers that just registered. #averygarbageservice
If there were other branch nearby, I advice everyone to go for it rather than to stuck here .
