Poor service. Had very bad experience with them on opening the FastSaver account. My account wasn’t activated and money in it due caught up by their staff. Despite offer competitive interest rates, overall was complete letdown by their operation and marketing.

If you are a retail sharedealing client...go somewhere else. I have 4 brokers, they are by far...faaaar, the most bureaucratic, unhelpful, useless organisation I have ever dealt with. Furthermore, they make mistakes but force you to pay the price.. The name of the game is backcovering. This went on for months, no excuses.

I went in to use the ATM Machine because my bank provide free withdraw service with CIMB Singapore and the experience is great!

Have been trying to speak to the manager, unfortunately seem like they refuse to put through. To date still yet to have the chance to speak to the manager.. Really providing a bad service. I do not face this type of problem from other bank

Quick service due to it's relatively small customers base in Singapore. Service staffs at the counter usually friendly and helpful.
