U hv to spend food for each of person if u dnt want to pay rm15 per person entrance fee... Food are delicious but very expensive... Cats are not friendly and they dnt like they being touch.. Mayb u can go there for expensive dining experience.. Bt the staff are friendly..

A place to bring the kids with you. The hygiene level is good. The food is good, in terms of the taste, but the price can be improved though.
I ordered single expresso and did not know what to expect. The waitress actually came personally and made sure I understand that it's a single shot drink and asked if I knew about this to avoid potential disappointment. I think this was a nice gesture to that I did not expect. Good service.
Overall, good place to chill out. Just prepare to bring some money to buy food, around rm20 should suffice.

delicious and reasonably priced foods. very clean and lovely atmosphere despite cats roaming around the dine area. separate out of cat reach dine areas are provided. wonderful service and hospitality by all staff

Cozy place surrounds with many types of cat. Person-in-charge will explain the rule before entering. Cat is really friendly but they are alert as well, don't shout loud.

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the visit! Friendly boss & staff with clean, air-conditioned, spacious area for you to play with different cats, some of which I've not seen elsewhere. No hourly charge and entrance is free if you purchase your drinks & meals there. The 'tidbits' they sell for you to feed (bribe) the cats are reasonably priced at only RM1. Will visit again! :D

Their main attraction are CATS everywhere, very friendly ones, the food is local and Western. Nice air conditioned dining comfort

Went once two years ago and will be going again tonight. My husband and I want to repeat our date at the place. We went two years ago as unmarried couple. It was so lovely last time. Been to the other cats cafe, and none of it can beat this one. Let's see how it is tonight and I will leave my review again afterwards. Hope they have improved a lot in these two years time. Great job to the team there!

This cat cafe is clean and comfortable. Cats are quite friendly and they are very healthy. Food is a bit pricey but you can stay as long as you want if you eat there. If you dont want to purchase any food or drink, you will pay the entrance fee. Overall, i'm definitely coming back to this cafe.

It's a nice environment, friendly, novel and fun, so I'd give it a 5 star rating were it not for the food. The service was slow. All four of our meals arrived separately so by the time the 2ns person's meal arrived, the first person had finished, and so on. By the time the last person's meal arrived, all had finished. I ordered fish and chips; BIG mistake. The fish was overcooked, soggy, tasteless and swimming in oil. It was disgusting. The lamb chop ordered by my friend looked like a better option.

What i like:-
1. Love that staff educate patrons the importance of hygiene n do's n don'ts when handling the cats
2. The environment is cosy and relaxing. Lots of space n seeing cats roam freely amd relaxing.
3. Food was ok in terms of taste n price. 1 onion ring, 1 choc brownie, 1 coffee n 1 hot lemon tea can costs abt RM56 inclusive of GST n Serv charge
What can be improved further:-
1. Staff need to be attentive to ensure cats do not climb on tables where there is food served. Couple of times i have to bring a cat down as the cat is trying to take the food n playing with a straw inside a drink.
2. Teasers shud be provided so that customers can play with the cats.
3. The place can be use as an educational centre on responsible cat ownership.

Cat Heaven! This is the way a Cat Cafe should be, full of happy well fed well bred cats who look like they're having fun. As a cat lover I enjoyed the experience, and my children were absolutely thrilled, they had so much they made me promise to take them back. Easy promise =) Another great thing about this cat cafe is no entrance fee if you order something from the menu.

Awesome for cat lovers, and kids who loves cats. Beautiful cats, tame and really clean environment. Able to purchase cat food for feeding at RM$1 per packet and cat toys at RM$10 each. Nice place to chill!

Only for cat lovers please😻The star there is Simba and Kit kat . All the other cats were gorgeous too.Had delicious cakes and tea there.Presentation of food looks good ,will try next time I'm there.
Suggest more selection of souvenirs like stationery.
One staff was kind enough to interact with the children introducing the cats.

Cats are really cute especially their munchkins and staff very frenly, food tastes a little salty though- choose their Japanese chicken chop or Nasi lemak.

A cafe to chill with cats. They have lots of cats, wondering about while you dine. The place is clean and spacious. The food is OK, a bit on the pricey side. Go for light snacks. The cats are very friendly, clean and playful. Great place for family, although not suitable for very young kids. A bit hard to access, unless you have your own transportation.

Unique cafe experience where you an interact with cats. Good for cat lovers. Hygiene is strictly enforced for everyone's benefit. No admission fee but please buy a drink to support the business. They have a new menu now with new food and drinks. Pricing on the higher side of things but of course it is not your usual cafe. Cats are actually much better behaved than some guests, and I don't mean just the wild kids.
Sometimes you will see the owner there; a friendly and attentive gentleman. Hope to see more variety and species of cats in future visits.

Hi!I was there last weekend..such a gorgeous place! You have done a good job giving the cats a beautiful sanctuary...I do notice some customers not adhering to the rules.. and toddlers chasing the cats. Toddlers shouldnt be there in the first place...pretty hard to get them to understand right? Will visit again real soon---like tomorrow??
