Some of staffs arent friendly. The attitude in serving customer was bad and not friendly especially the Lady staff in Paragon, I am not sure what race is she, seem like Malay.
No smile at all when talking with customer. I am not sure whether u are born with this face, Please have the customer service attitude. I am talking nicely with you but the way of your respond ... really bad.
