A wonderful experience in between the nature. Very good for friends and family outing. Peace and silence. very good for hangout. Bird chirpings and local food. amazing stay.

Good place for weekend family visiting. Fresh air, a small hill but good for young kids to explore.

Good place for a hike up a hill. There are trails for those more adventurous.

Saw a snake on PH labour day, we were actually not sure whether we should report to related person or just walk away.
I love this personal mini flying fox tho!

Many will know the main entrance to Bukit Timah Hill. On weekends, it is crowded with visitors. But I suppose not as many will know the other trail that starts from Dairy Farm Road.
On a quiet weekday, it took about an hour of moderately-paced hiking to get to the top from Dairy Farm Road and back, using the Dairy Farm Loop that was done up not so long ago.
What I've enjoyed the original path for years, I guess the paved paths are good at reducing soil erosion, and still make an enjoyable hike, if you are game for it.
If you are new to this loop, make additional time for lots of rest, especially when conquering the steeper slopes!

Great place to workout your quads! The place is steep enough you won't even know you had a workout while enjoying nature. :)

There is really not much to see on the hill itself (peak); but the climb is worthwhile. It will not be a long climb but it is serene and safe. There are a couple of trails that will ultimately lead here with varied difficulties. Overall it is worthwhile but this three stars is for the peak itself, which is just a normal resting station with no overlooking views whatsoever.

It's more convenient and easy to walk on the stairs along the tracks after renovation. However, some stairs are too high and it is really tough. Looks like two stairs merge to one. If stairs are more even, it will be good.
The informatin in the visitor centre is good. It will be good if more information on plants to educate public.

Great place to exercise! Challenging steep climb but people who are used to the place are moving fast. Lots of people around so its very safe. No muddy trails so its suitable for kids and older people who dont wanna fall down

The tallest peak of Singapore, which one in reasonable health can climb within 30 mins.
A good place to escape from the concrete "jungle", but please don't expect to be in "Jurassic" Park cos every thing within Bukit Timah Hill all seems pretty tamed.
Be warned that it can get pretty crowded during weekends and national holidays.

Some great walks, forest and the occasional wildlife sighting. Monkeys, boar, snakes and plenty of birds and butterflies. Some hard walks up the hills, good exercise, equivalent to walking up the Empire State building on some routes. The Wallace Centre is a really good resource with some well thought out explanation boards.
