There’re 3 shopping mall; junction 10, Hillion mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza. It’s very good place for shopping and play with kids. Many choices of bus beside MRT and LRT:)

Bukit Panjang Downtown line has served many once it was opened up! Really convenient for people like me who stays at Bukit Panjang and need to get to Bukit Timah or City Centre!
Expect a huge crowd going to City Centre in the wee mornings! Also, when it's the evening peak hours season, expect to smell some smelly armpits cause the train will be packed like sardines!
