With the opening of downtown line, Botanic Garden has become even more easily accessible.

Now an interchange station. Not surprisingly the best way to get to the Botanic Gardens.

though I didn't go this MRT, but I think it's also as beautiful as the others MTR. the MRT stations are very essential and beautiful. they looks very gorgeous that I couldn't imagine before seeing theses. The Botanic Gardens MRT also very useful to go the garden

Don't miss the station. Keep an eye out for the faulty Downtown Line station indicator inside the train carriage. Time to get the Indicator System working correctly!

It's also very nice to visit at night. There are fewer people, and I can feel a sense of harmony.

It's a nice place to go if the weather is good- but if you've got a limited time in Singapore there are better places to invest your time!
If you're into plants then this is 110% your thing.

Great MRT station that is beautifully designed and is clean. Crowded during rush hours. Beautiful gardens surround you when you leave the station!!

Singapore's first UNESCO Heritage Site: a massive and beautiful garden. A place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Find your special spot and chill! Priceless!!!

Breaks down quite regularly, so might want to be a little more mindful especially if you're passing by this stop to get to the other train lines.
Station can be a little confusing too, as there are many exits and coming out of the wrong one may cause you to have to walk a lot more on ground level.

There is a very convenient mrt station in one of the entries. Be prepared to walk a lot, I spent 5 hours there and did not cover all of it. You can enjoy tree shade in several area of the park, remember to take water with you, there are drinking spots and you can refill your bottle. The orchids garden has an entrance fee of 5 SG dollars, but there are discounts for elders, students and other categories depending on the season. Pick nick is allowed and there are some restaurants throughout the gardens - didn't try any of them when I was there though.

Easy to get lost here depending on which entrance you come in from. The main entrance from Neil Rd is the most convenient for me, restaurants, Taxi stands and car park. Further inside is The Ginger Garden with sit-down restaurants that are great for evening soirees.

Great to start a run from this station to the main gate, main carpark, and back. Varied terrain, different people you meet!

MRT station with a convenience store and dental clinic. There is a lift to get to the other side of the road. The car pick up and drop off point is also conveniently located right in front and before the bus stop. Good design.

Great experience! One of my favorite spots in Singapore. The Evolution Garden is a must walk. Artificial can be exceedingly beautiful after all.

It One of Singapore Oldest and largest park that's open to public. Good for exercise, relax and meet up for young and old. There is a train station nearby

It is a huge park that stretch from Bukit Timah to Holland Road. The Bukit Timah section is the newer one and it includes the children garden with play areas for kids, Jacob Ballas Children's Garden. However, this garden is off limit to adults unless they are with their kids. The original garden has a wide variety of flowers and landscaping to explore. It even has a rain forest area that is fully board-walked so walking is a breeze. It will need time to explore so plan ahead and decide where to go. The National Orchid Garden section is a must for orchid lovers but there is admission fee involved. Best time to visit a park in Singapore is early morning or late afternoon.
