I purchased a 10sp Ultegra cassette on their website the night before, and then I called to see if they could also install it for me the next morning. Ben was awesome - installing it for me and tuning it all out so it shifted smoothly and all worked like new. Couldn't be happier. Ben is great - very knowledgeable and does quality work. I would recommend him to other cyclists. Bonus - price was very good on the cassette!
