nice designer furniture and very friendly and patient staff. A bit pricey but the quality is pretty good.

Poor customer service, long wait times and wrong order was delivered
Called to rectify the issue and given the usual 'someone will get back to you' which never happened
Sadly the multiple reviews highlight a recurrent and systemic problem with Boconcept. Poor service poor follow thru

Nice products, as they should be at this price level. However, the entire BoConcept experience was let down by the delivery service, to the point that we will likely reconsider to purchase again from BoConcept Singapore.
Upon delivery, the delivery provider explained they could not use the elevator due to the size of the packaging of the sofa. Per the dimensions of the sofa, the sofa would have fit, as had larger pieces of furniture during our recent move-in.
They said that BoConcept charges $50 per floor, and that they'd contact BoConceI to discuss it with me. They offered to themselves do it for less. While I was busy with another matter, they mentioned a fee to my wife, and she said to check with me. However the movers went ahead and brought the sofa up by stairs and then demanded the fee they mentioned to my wife. Still more than the $20 per floor that is charged for example by Prestige Affairs (who by the way do not use a third party delivery, and I give Prestige 5 stars for delivery service). Reluctantly I agreed a slightly reduced fee just to get them on their way.
However, the point of moving the sofa was to keep in packaged so that it would be protected,. They had claimed that unpacking it and using the elevator could result in damage, despite that my building had provided good and clean elevator padding. They anyway still unpacked it and brought it up the stairs, seemingly only to earn themselves a fee. However unpackaged, the staircase of course posed far more threat of damage than the elevator.
Insult to injury, they took the cushions untapped up separately in the elevator, only to drop them all over the dirty public hallway of the condo.
A high end brand such as BoConcept should not allow a sub-standard delivery company to tarnish their reputation for such a simple matter of delivery.
I've emailed BoConcept twice, but have yet to hear back from them in two weeks.
In the end BoConept is merely a catalog store. You see what you like, order it, wait a long time, then it's delivered. Delivered, but not the white-glove service expected from such a company.
Will be looking for our daybed and TV console elsewhere.

Terrible service. Sales person didn't follow up as promised. Left an inquiry and was told different information by different staff. Nonchalant attitude. Since they are not interested in selling, I have no reason to buy from them when there are so many choices around. Will never step foot in this store again.

1. Was told that my tv console would arrive about a month's time from date of order placement. Did not receive any call nearing the end of that date notifying me about the delay in shipment arrival, I had to make the call to enquire about the status of my order, which was delayed for an entire month.
2. Upon collection of delivery item, made a simple request for store staff to accompany me to the taxi stand with the trolley containing my parcels. As I was making the collection on my own, I needed an extra pair of hands until I'm able to get the parcels into the cab. The store was not busy at the time and I feel my request was reasonable. However, store staff whom I've made the request agreed but jumps straight to serving some new store visitors. I had the feeling that he was reluctant to help thus proceeded to carry the parcels on my own to the taxi stand. I had to make 2 trips because there would be no one to return the trolley from the store after I've gotten on the cab.
Did not expect such service from a premium furniture store. Warrants a 0 star review if only Facebook allows for that option. Keep your money, there's plenty of luxury furniture stores around.

Today is the delivery date they promised. But I cannot get that dining table without any reasonable excuse. I already gave existing table to another person to save the space for new table. So, my family members have to dine without dining table until they delivere my table. I contacted the staff in the shop desperately for checking of delivery. I waited for about 30 minutes but there was no return call. So called once more but she went home without calling me back. I cannot imagine how does this happen! Terrible service I've ever experienced.
