Plagued by plethora of confusing signage. The directions leading to the northwards versus southwards lines could be improved.

MRT system and bus interchange with connections to NS and Downtown MRT. Next to Junction 8 with NTUC foodfair shopping banking library portage community club supermarket entertainments Cinemas and entertainments dinning and amenities. Free wifi. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals and families.

Directly connected to Junction 8 which has a Fairprice finest and some other nice shops:)
Very crowded but comfortable to walk even with kids as most of the people I’ve met here is very friendly:)

Train station has a direct connection to Junction8 at basement 1 directly from the North South line (red line). However, I would like to advice tourists not familiar with Singapore legislation to never take a photo of Singapore's train stations for security reasons. Thanks, and I hope you enjoy your time in Singapore!

This is a very accessible train station which connects the North South line and the Circle line. At peak hours, there are very good station staff ushers who will try to get a seat for me in the train at the North South line if I am carrying a child or when I was pregnant.
I do find that the platform can get pretty crowded during such peak hours and it can get very overwhelming for a person who seldom comes to this station. There are a lot of signs for people new to this station and it’s really helpful.
This train station is also just next tone Junction 8, a suburban mall which caters to people of all ages.
One thing to note: there is no toilet inside the train station, and you will have to exit the station at exit C if you need to visit the toilet.

Good location next to junction 8, The station serves as a convenient interchange between the circle line and the north south line.

Convenient train interchange station, where you get the red North South Line and orange Circle Line. Do make sure you transit internally without having to tap out, or else you'll waste one trip on your card.

The wardens on the Circle Line platform were helpful. Can get crowded during rush hour

Beside orderly, serves as depot for the MRT system. Friendly fast cosy ambience with safety professional advanced facilities efficiently & smoothly run.

System needs to be updated. Did not give me the option to take bus 410 to bishan interchange from the bus stop opposite citycab. only recommended 1 bus instead if 2.

Overall comfortable. But better pray hard there is no disruption on the North South Line at Bishan. It will be legit hell.
