Perfectly OK bike shop ruined by outrageous price gouging. Being an idiot I went twice, once to have a wheel trued (c$50) and the second time because I needed a inner tube replacement for my eScooter. It was an emergency and I needed it done quickly. When I came to collect the following day the mechanic said they had no tubes and they would call when it was ready. In the end it took a full week and I was charged $75. I've since had this done elsewhere for $40.

Personable service - went in to have my flat tire fixed and had it very promptly serviced, along with advice on how to prevent it from happening frequently. Couldn't ask for more...except perhaps accepting credit card payments.

I brought my scooter in to be serviced and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond what I asked. I would definitely use them again, they are trustworthy and do great work.

I have given this shop several chances, as I live quite near and this is the closest bike shop for me.
Each time I have been there was an extremely unpleasant event:
- once I brought them my MTB and asked them if they could help me with the bleeding of my disc brakes. The bleeding screw was very difficult to open, so I had rounded the head. The shop owner promised me to try to drill it out, so I left my bike there and left. They never tried to contact me. So after a business trip, almost 4 weeks later, I dropped by and asked for the status. They had forgotten it! Okay, can happen, so I told them I would drop by in another 4 weeks as I was on another extensive business trip. I did so and again, they had forgotten it! But apparently embarrassed about their customer care quality, they took my bike immediately into their workshop. After 15 minutes (!) the Philipino technician came out and told me the screw was rounded! I told him that's why I came actually, so that they can drill it out. He said, no they can't. So it took them 8 weeks to tell me that... No word of sorry
- A friend of mine helped me afterwards and drilled the screw with a battery drill (a 50 dollar tool) in less than 30 seconds BTW
- Just today I needed some hydraulic hose barbs (a penny article if you search for it on the net). After a long explanation what this screw is for (apparently the shop owner had not a clear idea) he found a pair. He asked me for 15 Dollars! I made sure I understood it correctly, yes, 15 Dollars. I thought he might give it to me FOC for the bad customer service in the past or he charges me maybe a Dollar or two. But 15???
Summary:
Obviously incompetent, unorganized and totally overpriced. Paired with a high degree of customer disrespect.
Please avoid.
