Overpriced, rude and unfriendly, not recommended unless you are buying a bike, they will treat you better if you are buying then servicing. Be prepared for them to look down on your bike and blame the bike if the problem can’t be fixed.

Me:"Uncle You Got Any Rust Remover Spray?"
Uncle:"What?!"
Me:"You Got Any Can Of Rust Remover Spray?"
Uncle:"In this world, you can't remove rust, there is no such thing as a rust remover."
Me:*I used one before and it got rid of my chain rust*
"Ok Bye Uncle!"
*Why doesnt he believe me?!*

Alan is a very responsible and honest bike guy. His service is examplery. I had two Bromptons that I did not buy from him, only asking him to help with some fit-out. He offered to help protect my Brompton and also taught me some cool skills on repair of the bike, all for a cool friendship. Obviously, as a business, he also needs to make some money to sustain the business. I will definitely try to patronise him when I am thinking of upgrading my Brompton parts. Check out the shop. It is small and cozy and you can spend some time chit-chatting and learning about all kinds of bike stuff.

Don't know why there are many negative reviews about this. I got my foldable bike Conte model yesterday from Steve. he is helpful and explain to me the details of operating and maintaining the bike because I am a newbie to folding bike.

The people here are a friendly bunch. When I last had issues with my bike, they were keen to help diagnose and fix. Furthermore, they would go out of their way to give honest advice on the upgrades I can make even if they don't have that part in their shop. It's nice to hear for once sincere advice from bike shops that's not trying to promote their own products.
The price is among the more reasonable ones and I don't have to worry about counterfeit accessories which some shops here do try to sell you at hiked-up prices.
What I also like is that the air-pump is free for public use, you just need to know how to operate it on your own (with the necessary adapters if you're using Presta valves).
They are not just shopkeepers and assistants, they are passionate about their bicycles, be it their own or those for purchase. They know their craft. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. But to me, it's been a joy whenever I drop by to maintain my bike, or even to hangout with them to get some tips on bike maintenance.

Bunch of over-aged guys hoping to recapture their lost youth. More interested in hanging out and drinking outside their shop than running a business.

Price was reasonable, product in good working condition.
The only reason why i didn't give 5 star rating is due to the staff's attitude, which isn't bad but there is definitely room for improvement.
