Completely ignores his customers which is rude beyond comprehension. The good reviews are probably fabricated or written by his "mates". Spend your money elsewhere!

The bike culture shop also is home to stationary at the best prices that I’ve found in Singapore.
Ive never purchased any bikes from them but stationary often.

My dad went to this bike shop earlier today to fix an old bicycle (relatively high end). Some parts got rusted on the bike but the guy manning the store didn't seem to want to help at all. Quoted a huge lump sum for random things that he pointed out were rusty or broken.
When my dad asked why it was so expensive, the young guy didn't bother replying, and ignored my dad all the way after that while fixing some bike. My dad didn't like the stuck up attitude of this guy and left to find another bike store. My dad was going to do the servicing at the store (despite the price) if he hadn't been so rude. Too bad.
Edit: Later on, my dad found another bike shop that explained everything to him and charged only a fraction of the cost. Remember to do your research everyone!
There were so many good reviews of this place and my dad went, but was disappointed. Beware!

Went to this shop to take a look and do a basic service on my polygon heist bike after i saw their facebook page with good reviews.After the servicing there is still a creaking noise around the front derailleur area.I went back again and ask them to check the bottom bracket which turns out to be fine.After some minor adjustments the creaky noise was gone.What i would like to commend about them was their customer service it was excellent as the second time i went back i did not need to pay a single cent! I was shock as i just took out my wallet and was about to pay them for at least the labour cost. I will definitely return again next time to maintain my bike and possibly purchase a bike from them.

so i wanted to pump a soccer ball and this guy there was so rude just ignoring me while he fixed some bike. he didnt approach me he just stared bad service
