Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Had a long email thread with Jude Tan and subsequently Cloey Ng discussing about changing lightbox signage. They have provided quotation and we even sent our logo design over, and was asking about whether we need to block a car lot for installation. Then POOF suddenly both disappeared into thin air, no more replies, no nothing, left us hanging. Note that this was in January 2018, not even the CNY period. They are not keen to do our business, yet waste our time discussing so much with us and even take our logo artwork AI file, which is company sensitive file.
