I asked to buy printer ink for my little Canon selphy printer, it’s quite old so I assumed they didn’t have any ink for that kind of printer. They sold me another ink cartridge for a newer model insisting that it’s the same and it will work. When I got home and tried to insert the ink it wouldn’t work. Now I’ve wasted $36 on ink I’m never going to use. When I tried to call them, they never answer the phone!

This Best Denki branch is large. A huge selection of electrical goodies, tablets, TV's, kitchen appliances and even screen cleaner - which was what I was looking for.

日本人向けの家電量販店。値段はそこまで安く無いですが、商品の説明をきちんとしてくれます。値下げ交渉には中々応じてくれません。
it's good for the Japanese. this shop's items are not so reasonable, but shop person explain their item sincerely. it's difficult to get one discount prices.
