Pleasant stay with my family.
Very very convenient, just below the hotel there's 7e11 opposite the hotel there's food court and walking distance to shopping mall.

A nice boutique hotel, reasonably priced, and in a good location for walking around JB. There is a night market just a few blocks from the hotel as well as many places for Indian and Malaysian food nearby.
The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, late at night there is a guard by the front door who will make sure you get into/out of your cab. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and are very friendly.
Also within walking distance are the Hindu Glass Temple and the Old Chinese Temple.

Great value for money. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Close to major malls in JB city centre and checkpoint. Staff are impeccably polite and smiley. Two thumbs up!

The room (a Premier double) is a bit on the small side, but everything else about this hotel is first class. Nice bathroom, comfortable soft bed and excellent care from the hotel staff. Very happy with my choice and would stay here again.

Very near to Johor CIQ, room is very spacious and clean. Helpful and friendly staff during check-in.

This place is almost 2 years old and budget hotel. Staff has maintained it well. Breakfast is not served here but there are lot of food outlet on opposite side of hotel. Not at all good option for Vegetarians. Hospitality of staff is warm and likes of 4/5 star hotels. Always taking your feedback regarding comfort and if you need anything. I was surprised to see this kind of hospitality from budget hotel staff. Place is a bit congested. Don't expect cars to pick you up in front of lobby. Excellent choice for backpacker on the go. Interiors are good. Overall good choice for short stays.

Great place for a staycation in JB. Belllo hotel is clean and the service is great! Wifi is abit on the slow side, water pressure is great though!

They have a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Service is great. Cant think of a reason to dislike it. Flexible pricing scheme if one books super early. Conveniently located in the centre of a food paradise. There is a 7-11 beside the hotel for all your necessary sundry needs. Great place to stay if one doesnt need to travel out of the city square and hipster cafe area.

Lobby is very welcoming, clean and tidy. Staff(s) present at the small reception acknowledges us every time we step into the lobby. Room is clean, there is no bathtub but rain shower is available. Hair dryer upon request. Location is very near to City Square Mall just further down Jalan Wong Ah Fook road after Citrus Hotel. If getting GrabCar or calling for taxis, best advice is to go to City Square Mall.

The rooms are clean and well-furnished (given the price point); friendly & helpful staff. Gd location as well, 10mins (leisurely) walk to City Square and CIQ. Lots of good food around the area as well. Pity the view we have for the room is pretty disturbing, saw accumulated trash on the opposite building's rooftop, but it's not something they could do anything about it. So we just kept the curtains close at all times and it's still a wonderful experience at Hotel Belllo. 2 thumbs up.

Hotel rooms are comfort & clean. But its abit too small if u ask for a big room. All facilities available except hair dryer.

Nice staff who are always ready to respond to your needs and queries. Location is also very strategic as it is near city square and offers many food stalls in the evening as you walk along the walkways. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Stands out among all the other places nearby as a clean, well maintained hotel with good service. Situated close to City Square as well as hipster cafes.

Very nice place to stay in and very clean hotel. Rate 10/10.. The staffs are friendly and also thanks to the Filipino Malaysian staff who assisted us. we will come back soon! Thumbs up! 👍👍👌
