The worst service i had is at this branch. Been to AMK, Clementi as well. Thus i am able to see the diff.
I had written to their management but no reply.
Sad.
To know whether your branches is performing up to your level of expectation is to experience it yourself. Sent mystery shopper to all your branches. Start from the Marsiling br.

It is not easily accessible by RT train but their service n charges are reasonable.

I called Jln Bt Merah branch 3 weeks before & was told the 1st visit is free. I want to go today & I called both Marsiling & Jln Bt Merah branch both denying 1st visit is free & ridiculate me. The Marsiling one ask me to go Jln Bt Merah one since they say it's free 1st time. Their service is really bad by how they treat me & the way they speak to me I don't think I'll visit them at all now. They can just tell me it's not free 1st time and I have to pay instead of ridiculating me just because I enquire if it's free the 1st time. I'll be most willing to pay that but their responses make me very unhappy!! Hence, I don't think their promises that everybody will regain hair from their treatment is true too since they can deny & ridiculate the client when the desired result is not acheived.
