Dr Sabrina is really good and unlike other doctors, she let me know what i am experiencing to her best knowledge and give me advices on how i can improve it by implementing a certain changes in my daily lifestyle.

Staff are awfully rude and condescending. I was suppose to receive a call from them abt a hospital referral for my mom. 2 hp numbers are given, me n my brother's. I missed their only 1 call and never call my brother instead. When asked why it took so long, they said they called me but no one picked up and thats it. When asked for explanation as it is my mom's health here, she just condescendingly shove me as she said she needs to make that referral. Its sad when there is no customer service when the doctors there are awesome.. And no email for any discrepencies to be written in.

Dear Banyan Clinic,
I am truly disappointed with the way your staff handled your long-timed patient. On you site it was stated operating hours to be 6.30pm to 10pm. But when i arrived on 27July 2015 @9.40pm, your staff told me to me earlier stating they stop taking registration at 9.30pm. Ask me to come back the following day.
On 28July 2015, I arrived at 9.30pm and your staff told that they had stopped taking registration at 9pm and any registration after 9pm consultation fees is $45. But when i called earlier, they did not informed me of the additional charges.
I am truly disappointed with the service staff and i tried to email to your clinic but there's no email contact.
