Untrustworthy shop. Brought my bike over for rear wheel to be changed and he didn’t have one with a full hub and I was fine with that but told me that I had to wait for the 8-speed cassette for a few days only after when he couldn’t even fit the 7-speed cassette he had on hand. So I left and said I’ll think about it while trying to find alternatives today. Went to another bike shop and they said they have a full hub rear wheel with casette (non screw on type) and I returned to Mr Chen’s shop within 2 hours to ask for a reduced refund of $50 instead of $58 to be fair but he wanted $20 for his labour; it also costs me $ to drive around. I didn’t want to argue with him. Poor ethics and knowledge so beware despite we know that you pay peanuts, you will get monkeys and this one will pinch more. Do your research and insist on receipts.

Disgusting attitude. Tried to charge me 10$ to remove a cassette. Something that only requires a special tool. The toll itself costs about $5. The shop was not crowded so I don’t see a reason why. Very unhappy will never go there again

The uncle is not easily sociable. When I ask to buy chain ring cover for my bic. He told me need to order complete set (chain ring+ cover). When I hesitated, he brushed me aside. I waanput-off. Luckily I read good reviews of him in google, so I persisted.... When he is free again, I make more queries, that is when he being talkative. Explains why so and trying to help me other ways. Happily, I bought other stuffs. =>Tips: Need to be patient, to bring out the nice (helpful) side of uncle.

Reliable local bike shop in the neighbourhood. Change my crankset for $68. Satisfied with Uncle's service. They don't sell high end bike parts so pros have to procure their own elsewhere.

Been struggling to get my bike repaired since I've purchased it from China using freight forwarding service. Other shops has been not helpful or downright ridiculous quoting $200 for a replacement for simple item which would have usually been less than $100. Some shop would not even attempt to help me repair the bike despite me paying them. The owner is easy going, understanding and charge me a price that's reasonable for inspection. 30 minutes later when I return for my bike, not only he has finish inspecting, he has also corrected all the faults that I was having problem with previously without having to change anything unlike what the other shops has said! All for $30! Amazing service and very very reasonably priced. Will definitely go there to purchase a bike from him in the near future.
