The food was not good it was like food from the dog store, I fed it to three dog and the dog rejected it and when I fed it to the dog and it died 😭😭 I wish my dog in heaven RIP the food is bland and not presentable appetizing the service is bad the people are in the back all the time it’s like talking to a wall and also the order keeps getting mistaken for another table and also one of the waiters spit and sneezed in aour food really bad I wish it could get closed down because it is gross the mango salad so sour like eating a Sour candy sweet first because of the condensed milk the. Salty as the Pacific Ocean with a hint of banana, not mango banana or it was from the waiters spit idk but it is so bad!!

Taste wise is not too bad. But ultra slow delivery and service. I don't patronise eateries that need 30min to prepare for a cashew chicken and black pepper tang hoon for 2pax. For the above market prices of dishes, I would expect more. Rice is charged at $1.50 per pax which no one informed us before hand. Therefore I am not coming again.

Good Thai food but slow service. Prices are pretty high as well. Restaurant interiors are clean and well maintained.

Went there for dinner last Saturday with my family. Was truly impressed with their service throughout. Firstly, when seated, a lady server served us a basket of crackers but she politely asked us if we wanted it and it cost $3. This is usually not done in other restaurant and this give us an option if we want to have it. We said okay and she told us to dip the crackers in a bowl a special sauce which is served together.
Another male server/staff (a chinese guy) came to take our order and he recommended some dishes to us. The BBQ sampler, green mango salad and green curry was excellent. We did not like their tom yam soup which lacks the flavour and when the male staff asked for feedback, I brought this up to him and he was very apologetic and offered to replace with another dish. Wow....we were impressed as he takes our feedback seriously and the restaurant manager also came to attend to us. We flatly declined their offer. Finally, when we made our payment, the restaurant manager insisted in packing a box of agar-agar for free just for us to take back. We were touched by their gesture and have not experienced such good service for a long time. Bravo to Bali Thai that you have such a team of excellent staff! Definitely we will be back!

with a baby in tow, we came at a wrong time during the lunch hour crowd. nonetheless, the staff were very accomadating and we were well looked after. service was a bit slow, but the quality of the food more than made up for it.

Delicious Indonesian and Thai food, slow service though. Would recommend the BBQ platter and the Adam Fish Head.

No one attended to us for tables when there were a few empty ones available. Waited 20 mins to order food as no one bothered to take our orders even though there were many staff around. Service standards and efficiency has to be improved.

Waited 45 minutes for food.Multiole people just walking around doing nothing.They should seriously improve their efficiency and service quality.You can find much better places for cheaper and with better variety.

I had been there in November 2015 with my office colleagues.
Staff is very cooperative.
Food is good.
Restaurant place is comfortable.
