Took my road bike in for a full service and I went for a ride the next morning to find serious chain slippage and skipping on certain gears. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the derailleur settings were way off - overall my gears were much worse after they serviced the bike. Then took my bike to Hup Leong and they quickly identified and rectified the issues.

The salesperson (tall guy) was very helpful with sizing and use suggestions. The range is limited, mostly Bianchi and KTM although both are good brands and they have a full range of prices from a few hundred to a few thousand. They also offer servicing and repair. Slightly negotiable with pricing.

Bad customer service!
Small shop with only a limited selection of spare bike parts, but several nice Bianchi bike.
Wanted to order a repair for my bike, but service tech. was basically completely ignoring me after waiting min. 15min. No problem when he is busy with another customer, i am patient, but after finishing with the customer he just let a local women cut the line. I just left and will not go there again.
Place is only recommended if you are chinese.

Highly qualified and friendly service. You can get anything here from a $8000 carbon bike to a fix for your little ailment for $20. To replace a missing part from an older bike, the team was quite inventive and manufactured a replacement from a similar part. Would go back any time.

Excellent service level and expertise! I have known the BYX team from day one and can only recommend their services, they have always been most helpful and professional

I'll never go back. Popped in just asking for a quick look over, tune up if necessary, the mechanic tried to BS me into buying parts that weren't needed "these brake pads need to be changed..." "I got them a month ago." etc, after looking at my bike and really doing nothing except one tiny adjustment, in the span of three minutes, he charged me $30... I told them this was terrible service and the owner discounted to $20 agreeing that they should have told me what they were going to charge me beforehand (which is still $20 too much as they didn't do anything - a better bike shop would do a quick look over for free/cheap, knowing it builds customer loyalty for future business).
