The staff attitudes is so bad only 9:40pm don’t let customer buy anymore keep ask customer to go away , if company is not willing to open so late as let clarky quay customer enjoy the ice cream than should not open there to ask customer go away like this !!!!! Bad service!!!!!!

Good selection of ice cream and tasty flavours. Found the ice cream a little soft and melts super quickly.
Nice location by the quay so you can sit on the bank and watch boats go past.

Definitely delicious ice cream, smooth and sweet like you expect but it definitely is soft. If you don't eat it quickly it will melt. At $4.50 for a single cup scoop it's not overly expensive and you do get a decent amount of ice cream.

Very satisfying ice cream. The only question is whether to go for another scoop after having a double scoop. Sea salt caramel is dope. Would be lovely to have indoor seating but it's take away only.

Ordered green tea and rum and raisin flavors. The ice is creamy and it surely has unique taste. The product itself is satisfying. We are there on a Friday night, so it is somewhat busy, there is a long queue, but the staffs are able to serve the customers right on time. It is price worthy.

The ice cream here has a soft and creamy/milky consistency. The queues are long and well to me it's worth it comparing to the likes of Baskin and Haagen Daaz. Just got something to say about the servers where most of us don't give them enough credit. Yes, they may not flash a smile or two and it kills the experience but there are way more unfriendly people elsewhere with less than half their crowd size. Happy travels. P. Ice cream place suppose to be happiness place . The server in the store showing stern face with every customer . Thank you for your consistency. Never smile, even after I initiated it. Eyes contact showing angry and do not want to serve.
Lucky that the shops location at tourist destination . If the store located somewhere else it will be long gone with this type of service. Ice cream taste just meh. Melt like water after 2 minutes out of the fridge. I have to rush eating it as it melt so fast.
Opportunity for improvement, staffs should have opportunity to go for "customer service ".
Website no feedback option. Really hope one day customer service in Singapore can beat our neighbors country in term being of excellent hospitality .

Terrible service, the woman there is very grumpy and rude. The place closes at 9.45pm as oppose to what it says on maps. We arrived at exactly 9.45 and she refused to quickly scoop some ice cream for a very sad, crying little girl. That's pretty heartless.

Ice cream is there for the boat trip and it is really smooth. This ice cream melts faster than others.

A bad experience I have even have in a ice cream store , the girl in the pic showing a stern face to costume and when I feedback to her that the ice cream too easy to melt and suddenly dropped off on my clothe, I thought maybe they put too much water in it, Her replied with her stern face : yes , that's why you need eat quickly!!! Do I need eat it within 30secs?

You have to be really dumb to close at 9:45pm during the public holiday and when there are actually people that are trying to buy a damn ice cream. On top of that personnel is rude, will never come back there again.

Rude staff!! Had the worst experience in Takashimaya. Talked bad thing in front of customer! Shouldn't have hire this kind of staff!!! I gave one star only because its ice cream was good.

Only place i can get my favorite red bean green tea ice cream. Could you stay open a bit later at night plz. They close by 10pm and might run out of the more popular flavours like green tea or green tea red bean.

Perfect. The matcha, soursop, vanilla and mint ice-cream in my opinion were the best. The flavors are refreshing but not overwhelmingly sweet. 🙄😜
