A lot of gimmicks 15 years ago. I never went to audiohouse since then. They are now hosting IT show at expo in May 2018. Went there and hoping they changed. But you know what.. Its still the same! Selling old products at normal price with some delivery and installation add-ons. Waste time.

Very helpful staff. One of the staff kindly explained the different models of robot vacuum as I was looking to buy one. Great knowledge and had an influence on my decision. Although we didn't buy from this store finally, that staff treated us well till we left. Great job!

If you really wants options to compare. There are a great more locations that can do that. I would suggest going to the better locations.

Impression to me was a medium electronics store that was not transparent in their business and pricing, ran by unfriendly and unscrupulous salesman, heavily dependent on various marketing gimmicks to trick customers into buying average quality products at higher prices and topping up for installation, transport, warranty and accessories.
Visited 2nd time today after 5 years, found out it is a mega electronics store with huge variety of products and salesman I asked for assistance were quite friendly, offered their opinions instead of hardselling. Prices were fixed and generally slightly lower than elsewhere, not yet including their signature 20 off 100 vouchers, though some of the past undesired gimmicks still exist (just to lure you there).
Going again to purchase soon, not sure of their after sales service standards. Would update again.

Most salesmen are helpful, but one or two no so patience, not willing to explain the usage of the electrical appliance or how to use the e-voucher.

appalling customer service. Impossible to reach the CS hotline for after sales follow up, and no responses when emailing customer service about after-sales issues. They sell bargains but you get cheap and lousy support in return, staff who answer calls will just give a roundabout answer and claim they are not in charge, doesn't know how to direct queries to the right dept, and entirely a merry go around chase. months and months of follow up yielding no result or response. Won't buy again from Audio house even cheap but service is pathetic.

Love this place for the vouchers. Honestly speaking we got almost all our major appliances for our BTO here
The coupons and rebates are practically unbeatable. Great place great service!

Their customer service hotline is usually not answered....any issues have to rush down to store. Very hard to follow-up given the circumstances that a trip to the actual store is usually needed. Customer service staffs can be also tricky to handle when assistance is required. Overall advise, please avoid if possible. You may be better off paying more at another place where service standards are better. At least it may be a better investment. My personal opinion.

Super bad services and lack of knowledges to promote their items. Query the tv and gift, the information they provided not updated and simply just answer it blandly. Luckily I do homework prior to the store to check it out. If not, I won't get the free gift item.
Another thing is the defects of producers, the seller took 3 weeks and yet to contact me! Their call always cannot Be reached. It is indeed bad bad merchandise!
Never join their membership. I regret it! Got so much credit in the ewallet. Bad experience

They never take phone calls. Horrible service. I bought few items and have been desperately trying to talk to someone for scheduling the delivery. This is my 4th day trying to reach them. God, just for delivery I am struggling so much, think about warranty support. Only god can help me in case something goes wrong with my products. As per my experience, not a good company to deal with. Buyer, be vary of this fact.

Good selection of products. Normally not that crowded but that's because it's a little out of the way also (no nearby MRT) so it's good for those who have car.

Bought gadgets during their promotion. Friendless and helpfulness of staff differs from my 2 visits. Other than that, quite a big place for one stop shopping. A 10 to 15 min walk from Boon Keng Mrt.

I was recommended to Audio House by my friends as I'm looking to buy various electronics items for my new home. I'm pleasantly surprised by their willingness to negotiate on prices and offer me the best deals. Their staff are quite friendly, and told me that if I bought using their vouchers program, I will make a lot of savings. It is true, as we bought our LG TV and received $520 vouchers which we used for our washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaners etc. Happened to come across some negative comments on google which is a surprise to me as I had a great buying experience. Hope this helps anyone else here who are looking for great savings on electronics like me! (A photo of my TV to share as its my proudest purchase :D)

I bought my items in Oct last year and until Now 2017 they still havent deliver it in full. They supposed to deliver my safebox today which they said they would yesterday. They just called and asked me to collect it myself despite I already paid the delivery charge. Another thing they are very good at is they have alot of excuses. Well what do I expect? You pay peanut, you get monkeys right? Even though their pay not really very cheap than the rest
So please make sure they have ready stock before you commit your purchase. Dont believe them that they can make sure stock arrived at your delivery date.
So buyers beware.

Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give this store a go. Salespersons were helpful and post-service was awesome. CS officer went beyond his job to help me with additional wall mounting service through their hotline. Will go back again!
