Bose quality and customer service is really not what it used to be. Both my current QC30 (bought early 2017) and my previous QC20 (bought late 2015) broke after one year of use. My QC15 however bought in 2013 is still working fine, except the fake leather on the headband completely withered away.

I had tried to order stayhear tips for my bose soundsport wireless. The first time, the staff ordered a wrong type for me. I was offered a used demo pair for the time being and I mentioned I still wanted to buy a brand new pair and the staff said that he will order for me. After one month, I still did not receive any update from them. I had to call them again myself.
If you want to order something from them, forget about prompt follow up and you would have to be proactive in your follow up yourself.

Went to this store a few years ago whilst I was in Singapore. I ordered a Bose bag but I had to leave Singapore within a week but the sales assistant Elton came up with the goods. Thank you Elton.

Service is selective. I had a polarising experience. Went with shorts & slippers and noone attended proactively. Went another time with jeans & shirts and promptly get a service. Could be a different staff nevertheless.
